Hi all,

We are developing a new crypto currency that is centralized in regard to who gets what in the form of a reward. Are there blockchains or other cryptos that already have this feature?

Yes just about every coin exept Bitcoin. All coins, besides Bitcoin, are run by a small group of developers.
