You might want to include some samples of your past works because when someone wants to hire you, they want to see how you have performed in the past and would ask your portfolio, so to save time you can maybe list your past works in this thread itself to save their and yours time as well. I tried to find some past bounties you managed but I could not find any so please attach a few if you have, it helps a lot.

With so many new projects coming I am sure it's about time you will find one to work with but I think posting some samples is important because almost every project wants to work with someone experienced.

The fact that you cannot follow the rules of the forum would make me question your ability as a manager.

I think you should go read the unofficial rules and memorize them before offering services to anyone in the form of management.
