You are talking about securing which account? An email account, facebook account, or bank account?

Security is highly depends on what kind of account is this, if someone tried to hack your account then first you need to do is to contact the bank officials and freeze all the transactions and if it is bitcoin wallet then just create a new wallet then move all the funds on chain, don't just import it.

As if you will not change password once you detected someone is accessing your account? what's the thing here, do i miss something?

we are not fool and stupid not to make action once there is a hacking attempt, i thought you will promote some tools to make this prevented .

As soon as I notice or get a notification that a different IP Adress is trying to access my account, I would change my password. I am using different passwords for different websites, so if one account got hacked, my other accounts should be saved. But we don't know or did sure, so it's better to also the email address password and my phone pin.Its better to be save than sorry.

I am very strict in my accounts, i always use 2fa and other security measures.

But when someone access my account , i will surely change password rigth away

We must change the password as soon as possible if we know our account has been compromised without us know who that person. We can look at the history if necessary to find out from where that person can enter our account.

That is why we need to keep every detail of us in a safe place without anyone knowing, so we do not have to worry if the thief or hacker is trying to enter our account.

Do not connect to different wifi's especially the public wifi and then you're going to access your accounts. Just don't do that.
