You are not alone because many of us are getting lost too. But we still have to try to make a profit and recover from the losses. The dump will end soon, and you do not need to worry. We need to survive at this moment and if you have money, you can try to buy for a small amount so you can expect to make a profit later when the dump ends.

The altcoin still has a chance to grow again and I think the altcoin season can come later. We just need to calm down and do not panic and yes, patience is the key for us.

If we stop right now and do nothing that will only end up with a lot more worse situation for us. This is why I agree that we have to be optimistic about the future and act accordingly, what is the other option just sell everything you have and get out of crypto completely? That would not help anyone and it would not change anything for anyone neither so there is really no reason to do that, taking a loss and accepting it is not a solution in my mind.

However if you are optimistic about the future and you can hold and wait and even buy some more and just hope for the best you could at least make a bit of profit. Or you could trade if you are good at it and you can still make a bit of profit doing that as well, do something ANYTHING and just try to be active because the other option of just taking a loss and leaving is not a solution at all.

We will regret the future when the situation becomes better because we are not trying hard in the past. It is no use if we are just sad and regretful or disappointed because every person can change and learn better than before. That also happens to the crypto market. If the market is not good to trade, maybe we can leave the market for a while.

Accepting the situations and keeping trying will be good for people who do not want to give up because I am sure they will recover their losses and profit. The future will be better if we can still trying and we will see that if you buy and hold can give you the profit too than not to do something. But that will depend on you because maybe we will have a different plan related to the current situation.

You are right, that's not new to crypto, in fact, in 2017 when China banned bitcoin, the bull run happened, now they made another headline and it affected the market badly for a while but the price is now recovering. Those who panic will certainly lose the opportunity to sell when a new ATH will come.

every time there is a decline in the price of bitcoin in the market it seems that China has contributed to doing so so far, but what I was surprised by was when China started spreading fud about bitcoin but the Chinese government was actually developing their own crypto a few months ago, so the fud issued by China today it will only have a temporary impact and gradually I think bitcoin will continue to increase and in fact from the last few years we can see how fud continues to attack crypto but what happens is that the crypto price is getting higher and higher and able to continue to reach its ATH.

I have the opposite thought.  Even though the candlesticks, trends and charts go against the bull market, I still believe in a stronger rally.  My friends all emphasized the decline, in which I protested and perhaps that excitement was placed in a trap set.  If I become the barbecue of the bears.  This is an honor ) There are strong market makers - whales are moving around the 38k threshold.  They seem to be very large and fence short sections well.  I believe the market will recover and there will be very strong forks.

Depends on how we look at it, the flash crash could also be beneficial and healthy for crypto investors are we can enjoy buying cheap coins again. Yes,its slowly recovering each day by 10-20% ,2-3 good days then 1 bad day but it will get to the point where it was a month ago
