Fiat has the great recession which has been put in the record books, but for crypto I think we are far from being done to write the history books.

Just like markets have buyers and sellers, others would be celebrating for buying cheap bitcoin on this day should the price go over $100K in a few months or years. Of course what happened on this day sent shivers down to everyone but all is well.

That should've happen at some point. The best you can do now is just to relax and wait or buy more while it dips. This happening every year and then we go up again even higher.

That's what some of my friends are saying to our Group Chat, just buy now that there is a dip and the prices are really low and take note that they are qualified hodlers because they have been on the scene since 2015 or 2016. I hope that a lot of people know this so they won't panic sell.

No need to do some research, I believe that bitcoin is going to go at higher peaks in the days to come, the market history as a proof is enough for me to put my faith that my capital will grow to give me a really big profit.

Yup,It's indeed bad,from 54k to 30k. It's terrible. But no,Bitcoin prices at the end of 2018,Bitcoin only 3k ,and now the current Bitcoin price is 38k.This is an incredible growth, Market trends will always fluctuate.This time for you possess more bitcoin to wait for a season bullmarket coming.

In fact the daily bearish candle on May 19  was gigantic and massive a lot of high leverage traders who traded without stop loss got liquidated a whooping down trend from $43K TO $29k+ too much to bear as a hodler of bitcoin, the price is still ranging and fluctuating between $33K to $38K I believed we are still in the bearish season for now and a bit difficult to buy at dip because the price is in most time going dipper once there is massive bullish breakout candle that is for sure a bullish market is imminent.

Indeed it is another horrible day for bitcoin yet we can consider it as a good chance or an entry to take advantage of the current price. You can start buying while the market is red and keep on holding till the value recovers once again. Instead of complaining of the low value, try making use of it so that you can benefit more when the time comes that it hits a bull run once again. People are always getting frustrated whenever Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency in the market experience declination on their prices seems like they are still not get used to it that it is not already the first time things like this happen on the entire existence of cryptocurrency since creation. It was a bad day in terms of the high manipulation, yeah. But it was also a good opportunity to buy for investors. Because we saw the price going down to even $30k. But the market shouldn't be manipulated this easy, though. It's not always good for investors as not all the people are HODLers.

There are two sides of the coin here. Some will take this as a good opportunity to buy their bitcoin, particularly those who were wishing that they had bought when bitcoin was low. But for some, who bought bitcoin above 50k level, some of them are in panic mode especially those that invested their life's savings or those who borrowed money to invest in crypto. So from what we learned in this market, it is always better to invest what you can afford to lose. As the market is very difficult to predict, you have no way of knowing when can you recover your initial investments or when you can get your target profits.

Yeah, I agree that the best thing is to invest an amount which one can take the risk of. Otherwise, one could be really in a big trouble if he/she loses all of his/her money. But still, I see people going all-in and gambling with their life.

This was exactly the bloodbath day at that time. BTC drops very drastically, which leads all altcoins also have a very bloodbath. We are all sad, moreover many people panic sell, the price drop again and again. balance drops more than 40%. ANd until right now, the market is still so scared to enter. Traders have a very short memory and unfortunately this market is composed mostly of traders that are speculating with the price all the time and at best they only remember what was the price last week.

But for those that are long term holders they have a very long memory, you do not even have to go so far away, remember the crash that happened on March of 2020 that had many people scared as the markets were crashing and we had a pandemic that was just starting and that no one knew how bad it would actually be? And yet a year later we are fine with a price of bitcoin many times higher than before and that will most likely experiment a recovery at the end of this year.

There is no dreadful day when we are ready for such a sad market today. if we buy at too high a price and don't get out of the situation then we will suffer the impact.
Even so, the long term that will happen will not be forever terrible, there will be times when Bitcoin goes up again. But if you have uncontrollable hands and a psychologically panicky too, everything will affect the end result.
A terrible day can turn out to be a good day to buy back at a lower price.

On May 19, bitcoin once again ushered in a decline. In just one day, bitcoin fell from 60000 to 30000, with a decline of 40%.

Unfortunately, in such moments there are always some victims. But the behavior of the market and Bitcoin is repeated and we have witnessed before of similar declines of 20% - 30% and after them always follows a huge jump in prices, so this can be the positive side of things.

And many of the big players in the market see such declines as an opportunity to buy more Bitcoins for lower prices, so there are always two sides to the coin.

What happens will be contradictory because there are two parties who want it and in the end it will go up again, and what I mean by both parties is that most users expect the price of bitcoin to continue to rise and there are also some who want the price of bitcoin to go down and only to make purchases because of the price bitcoin is still in a high price state.
and it's not really a serious or terrible problem, all you have to do is HODL or you take advantage of the downturn to make purchases to grow your bitcoins and hold them.
And if you are pressured by the current market, you should go on vacation or do something to forget what happened, because what happened is still normal and will come back at the right time and be patient.

Not sure about that, but yes if you are into long term investment then your assumptions still valid.

Bitcoin will rise after this fall as long as you are willing to wait no matter what will happen along the way,

Just like some have already mentioned, In this crypto market, everything and anything should be expected. You don't suppose that the market will continue to go up every day and once there is going to be a dip in the market, you don't think there will be some sort of announcement. Dips are also good for those that want to accumulate more whether it is the whales which automatically helps the little investors to jump in too.  

While we understand that some investors were crying on that date, others were actually happy it happened because it gave them the opportunity to come in or acquire more.

Not everyone can see that opportunity sadly. It's a discount to buy now so why panic and just go and straight up say that we already have a horrible day in Bitcoin.
People back in the dip of 3k+ should already get used to this kind of stuff already.

That's the right way of thinking, finding the positives of negative situations, I do wish that the prices go down a bit more because I plan to buy a lot of bitcoin in the next coming month and I want to get the biggest amount there is when I buy bitcoin.

..anyone crying at $54k that they missed the chance to buy in cheap. should be buying in now and take the oppertunity.

i have hoarded for years and even im not upset. instead i found some spare fiat and bought more.
i dont need more. but even a 30%+ discount cant be ignored

You will be surprise those people will not buy a single sat, rather they spend time worrying about the dip instead of taking advantage of it, the next time btc price surge and hit new ath, they will appear with same old question "is it too late to buy in" this is an opportunity right in front of us, nobody thought btc will go this low so sudden.
