Is it still okay to fake kyc in 2021?

I’m sort of new to the scene but I’ve noticed how much money there is to be made in IDO’s. The problem of course is that almost all requires kyc and doesn’t except USA people. I read previous posts about this but the last was in 2018. So I’m wondering if anyone can provide their opinion on this... thanks 🙏😁😇😂
Also, if anyone could give me advice on the best way to go about this it would be very much appreciated!

Fake KYC? I don't think it's a good idea, I know you want to hide your identity and want to get the reward. But, provide fake information can be a problem for you in the future if you can't prove with the real document, if you gave fake document I think it's a illegal thing and abuse the reward/event.

Better to looking the non-KYC IDO's rather than risking yourself.

Don't do that. Think of the identity of the person that you'll use or if you don't want to use KYC then just don't join those projects that are requiring you that.

I agree. There could be some problems that you might face in the future if you're going to use a fake identity. If the concern is just about KYC, you only have two options. To follow or not to join those that require such.

Do you want to follow IDO and do fake KYC?
Every project that will hold an IDO and requires KYC for each participant, they use third party services for KYC, and most KYC is done live, so it is impossible to fake it.

It's actually very risky to handover your private info to strangers. And I wouldn't trust any "decentralized project" that collect private information from its users/participants in insecure and centralized manner.

As an experienced adult, I would advice you to never cheat to benefit  from something valuable (esp for selfish reason) with fake documents. else you'll be owing a debt you may be forced pay by a "ruthless blackmailer" who is likely taking secret records of your activities in the past. He likes to see people commit crimes so  he can have something against them in the future when they try to rebel against him or when he wants to use them for worst crimes.

If the platform finds that you were using fake KYC and your money can be blocked anytime. it's better to avoid using fake KYC. if you can't participate and you will able to buy in the market. The platform uses very strict verification to make sure there will be people from US to participate in any IDO or IEO. You will be faced with the risk to lose your money instantly.
Think again. You should never use fake KYC to be able to participate in the IDO. You have agreed with the term before.

You have to send them your ID, proof of address and other documents to prove your identity. Almost everyone uses some sort of third party resource that helps them know if the documents you have sent are real or fake. So you won't be able to send them fake identity. They will know. But if you are taking about sending them IDs that are stolen, then you are committing  a crime - Identity Theft. You are stealing others ID and the consequences won't be good. So no it is not okay to send stolen IDs to complete KYC.

Between there is always the face verification aspect where you will hold your supposed id and do selfie, even if you have fake document to submit i doubt you will get pass this stage, since it involves money, it is not wise to attempt to join ido with fake id because there might be consequences.

Would you rather fake your KYC than getting rid of sites that require it? It will be riskier if you'll fake your identity and it's also illegal. You might face consequences if you'll do that. Just try to look for exchanges or sites that don't require it so you don't have to commit such a thing. Don't cheat if you don't want to face charges later on.

It's better to read agreement before you wanna sign up with fake KYC. It's clear that the team has full control over the platform. When you have been sending your money to the platform and that means it's not your money again. When the team was catching its users already faked its identity and the big problem will be coming soon.
So many people faked their identity to be able to participate in the coinlist ICO and so many accounts got banned and they have been loosing their reward and money on their account.

Doesn't except USA people? you mean like accept? sorry kinda confused there. I think it will be best if you don't fake KYC. Yeah sure it can be pretty annoying sometimes, especially if we want to keep our identity private. But faking information is illegal, and bad thing to do. It might have consequences, so better not. There are still many that does not require KYC, you just need to find and apply for the non-KYC one. Don't go around finding trouble by yourself.

Any kind of fake information provided by you comes under fraudulent conduct intentionally and you can face serious issues for that if found guilty for the same.Here are some points you need to know in regards to fake KYC:

1)If your Indentity or being anonymous is your priority then never enroll for airdrops,ICO or projects that requires you to provide the same information.

2)Proper authentication is done for bank details and you could have your account blocked or funds locked permanently which is another major drawback.

3)Never try to do this only to avail small amount of profits.

4)The detail or KYC of your relative or friend can turn against you if he/she denies you payment after he has received the funds?Then what you cannot claim them as proofs submitted are of his by you.

So all try to be real even if you gain less but there would be no worries.So think of it wisely.

the worst mistake you could make is to hand over false documents, never to do that, you could be arrested and harm your whole family for something that you could easily have avoided if you followed the law. as much as we all dislike and disagree with doing KYC (handing over our precious documents on these anonymous exchanges), we have to respect the law and we must not hand over false documents. there is no point in losing money because if the exchange finds out that the person has delivered false documents then the exchange will immediately freeze the person's funds and that person still runs the risk of being arrested and making the family sad.

You can avoid KYC if you don't want to go through its verification and if it's a must just use their real information, using a fake KYC information can put your account in trouble in future, I'm talking from experience here, there is no way you can use KYC information that doesn't exists without someone's real picture and identity card or driver's license

It is best to avoid faking your identity while investing in these projects as it might create problems for you. You can either seek help from reputed users with the help of escrow to purchase the coin for you and that is the best solution rather than faking your identity as it can also create issues for the project team as well and these teams are avoiding US citizens to avoid these legal issues.

I believe it was never okay to fake KYC as far as I know. I mean the fact is that if you were given a problem and you had to handle it using KYC that would mean that you would have to find more stuff about that fake one you gave and that is not easily found. You might be the one doing it and you may use your spouses or something like that, maybe that could work but that is about the extent of it, close very close family (wife, husband, mother, father, brother, sister) but that's about it.

Aside from that I would never suggest fake KYC, it could rise up so many problems, especially if you are using something you found online and you just stole it, that could lead to heaps of problem that lead right towards you not having anything at all, that is not really something I would advise anyone to do, not a smart move and definitely not going to help you.

Don't use fake kyc. If you submit fake document for a IDO or exchange. Then, You can face problem in future.  They can approved you KYC for carelessness. But that's not a good way. Cz, If they understand that, You use fake document. Then you can lost your assets. I always recommend you to follow legal rules.

Better way is to looking to non kyc IDO or if you insist to invest to KYC IDO you need to buy fake ID or you can ask for help to your trussworthy friend outside your country. Remember, dont trust anyone you know online. Just ask for help to your offline friend. Foreign er in your country maybe.
