That's right, right now, when the price of bitcoin is in such a big decline. If it were me, I'd buy it!
I'm investor, but actually maybe a gambler.  Grin Because bought bitcoin not with analysis but with something like this, event or news or any condition and don't know what will happen or maybe just guess without any analysis. I think it can be considered gambling to me.

This is not gambling because you have basis before you buy Bitcoin. Gambling is buying random coin without giving a shit on both fundamental and Technical analysis. Events and News are both a fundamental analysis which you are not aware though. All good if you are buying Bitcoin for now. Only future trading is the gambling when you are buying Bitcoin.

i'd like to see it as gambling since i gamble my investment while not exactly knowing where the market goes in the next few months which i plan to cash out. if things turn out to be different i'd get out before losing it all. what goes on in crypto market today is very uncertain but i'd gamble in holding it a bit longer.

This is a very debatable topic and I respect your opinion. But imagine this, You are establishing a business and you are investing money on it without any guarantee that your business will have profit or not, Is that a gamble or not? The answer on this topic is a case to case basis though.  Cheesy

Exactly, buy the dip always work because once the market is back up then the chance of buying low is already gone, history has already shown that those who bought the dip always end up smiling, take the 2018 bear market as an example, those who bought btc at 4k and hold till 20k and above already got rewarded for being brave. Long term investment should be the goal.

I don't think "gambler" is the right term to use if you'll buy the dip right now. Being an investor means you're putting your money on something else, like cryptocurrency for example that'll give you profits in the long run. But yeah, buying right now is a good thing because for sure Bitcoin price will pump again and those who bought in the dip will celebrate their decisions.

Buying Bitcoin is always a good option as a cryptocurrency starter, because you can just hold it while you're studying about it and make profits at the same time.

Before decide to buy or not, we have too see closely the history of crypto market to predict this market still on bullish or bullish ended. In my opinion, from the history of previous bull market, too early if we say the bull market is ended. After 3 years waiting for this moment, will be too short time to enjoy it. Bull market will extend can be for ayear more, so buy this cheap coin now and patient wait for bounce back.

The price of bitcoin has fallen again, the opportunity to buy bitcoin, don't panic quickly, with the price falling, there is a possibility that the price of bitcoin will go up again so I say this is an opportunity to buy bitcoin.

I'm an investor rather than a gambler. Because I don't invest all of my money into cryptocurrencies. If I did that, it would be gambling of course. But I make my moves smartly and take the profit when I reach my targets.

Yeah, I think that you have implied it in your post two times that we should buy bitcoin since the low price is an opportunity that doesn't come that much. I think gambling and investing has some similarities with both having an inherent risk in them but investment doesn't make you lose that much if the investment is already established and crashing is nearly impossible. I am both a gambler and investor in a sense because I risk my money hoping that it will go up.

If you just buy bitcoin without trying to analyze the price movement, maybe you are a gambler because you just guess that the price will increase in the next hours or days. But if you analyze and see the chance for bitcoin price increase in the next hours or day, and that really happens, then you are not a gambler. But if that does not happen, then you make a mistake in the analysis and you need to learn more about analyzing the bitcoin price moves.

But if you just buy bitcoin at every lower price and hold it for a long time and do not care about the price fluctuation, you are an investor who wants to buy bitcoin and use it for the investment thing.

Buying BTC during dips is probably the perfect time for you if you were planning to invest in crypto but you should consider first what type of investor you are. It's better to be an "Investor" who has risk management when putting money into financial plans with the hope of profit whether it's small or big. Someone who does his/her own research and invest money which he/she can afford to lose any time. So don't be a gambler who invests all of his/her savings just because someone told him/her to do so.

Assessing the situation before getting in is a wise decision that suits the quality of a good investor for he thinks of the possibilities that may come if he will be taking potential profits upon doing it or not. A gambler will be taking up too much risk putting his money in line with no assurance if there will be a good chance or probability that he will gain from such idea.

The current market declination seems to be a good opportunity for an investor to buy a low price but still upon doing assessment will be the time when he will just decide to take risk in such way that he will take profit. Being a gambler at times like this will take a big possibility of just wasting money if you will not take precautions.
