So, I'm looking for an anonymous debit card, where passport verification is not required. I looked at a lot of anonymous payment systems in GOOGLE, but I see a lot of positive feedback about ADVACASH. So, have any of you used an anonymous debit card? So, let to share it which anonymous system do you satisfied?

Could you just go out and load a prepaid card for your needs? There are also some users here on the forum who might offer this service for you. Just check the digital goods section, but be careful of scammers.

AdvCash used to ask for KYC ("passport info"). You can ask on their thread though. Advacash, if it's not a typo, I never heard of though.
There is a huge list of crypto cards, but I don't think that any of those is anonymous.

So, yeah, look in services, there are some very few offers of anonymous cards, but those are usually expensive (obviously) and imho also rather shady (I expect that they are on some 3rd party's name, so VISA/MC doesn't complain), hence you most probably won't find proper reviews for them. Unfortunately this also means that you can (easily) get scammed too (no matter you buy from this forum or elsewhere).

Is there even an anonymous debit card in the first place? Aren't all cards that have money on them have some way to identify the owner of the card in the case that it was used for something fishy.

Not completely true! The Bitnovo card is „pseudonymous“, what means you have to give some data „Name, DOB, address,…) to use it up to 2500€ per year. But there is no need to verify this data with documents.
So „alernative data“ is working perfect.

Nothing I know, every card that supports visa or mastercard probably ask information even not totally kyc but requires some personal info, so it's not totally anonymous.

I tend to agree with this, you can partially being anonymous but not completely being anonymous.
Because when we're using virtual cards, you can just make up a fictitious name and address for the card holder or even your phone number which not completely anonymous.  

Totally anonymous payment system?  I think using crypto is the perfect answer being having full anonymity and then use a crypto mixer service to clean your coin and transfer it into your main digital wallet.  Whereas presumably, all debit cards aren't completely anonymous.

Look up Revolout , its a virtual wallet on your phone where you can create one time use card with the amount you want inside so you cant get scammed for example

Is that for fiat or cryptocurrency?  
How truely anonymous can you be with the debit card if it is not decentralized? Besides, I wonder who offers anonymous debit cards with no way of catching a user who hides behind anonymity to commit terrible crime.   Those with Safe Anonymity will be ideal... meaning you can be anonymous with the cards but when you do something bad, you can be caught and de-anonimized
