I think this prediction will be correct and Musk will accept Bitcoin, I do not care about the environmental impact of bitcoin mining, the words of governments and big people.If Bitcoin continues on its way, and if it proves itself to be the number one currency for exchanges by penetrating the major global trading network, then who can we find who does not have Bitcoin?

Just because he spread some FUD recently to try and crash the bitcoin price while trying to pump a shitcoin's price it doesn't mean he has given up bitcoin. Him and a lot of other billionaires have been accumulating bitcoin for a long time now.

Bitcoin has 0 environmental impact. It is the electric companies that have terrible environmental impact and their biggest customers are the same corporations that are criticizing bitcoin to distract the public.

^^ I agree, him spreading FUD? that's the classic manipulation, modus by big whales to put the price down and then accumulate more.

The environment impact has been debunked many years ago, banks too are contributing, so why now single out bitcoin?

Musk will be irrelevant that's for sure, how many crypto influencers have we seen in the past, i.e. John McAfee, who have been forgotten already? He is using his influence here, but that could be his downfall, now only him but his company as well.

That's a bit of stretch but since I don't have any proof of environmental impacts of bitcoin, I do agree that bitcoin isn't the culprit in all this electricity pollution bullshit, a lot of rational people do understand that it was the companies that are the one's that puts the green house gases and not bitcoin because like a normal household, bitcoin is just a consumer and they have no control over what is the source of their electricity. Also, 500k is such a stretch for this year since we are currently under a really stressful moment of the market where it is still uncertain if it will recover by next month or by the end of this month.

Didn't ARK lose like 80% of their portfolio in the last crypto winter after predicting Bitcoin was going to some crazy number before? So hard to keep track now as all these crypto funds lost money like everyone else (some worse than others because they put big portions of their portfolio into alts).

Of course they have to come up with some ridiculous number in hopes of keeping their assets afloat;)

It's getting exhausting to follow such influencers in the market like Elon Musk. Let him go alone and freely do those Dogecoins predictions and hype.

Bitcoin will go on no matter what he and the other influencers say about it. $500,000 prediction is high and many won't feel encouraged based on the market situation. But that's part of the plan if you're a long term holder.

Just a $100,000 hit, everyone will start to be lively again and will predict $1M.

She made this statement on the day that Bitcoin fell to $30k and bounced back to $40k. To me it looks like desperation, at attempt to give hope to bulls to continue this bull market by buying right now and not letting the price slip any further.

I believe that in some distant future new highs await Bitcoin, maybe even $500k in some decades, but in the immediate present things look very risky.
