What happened to stake.com? I saw recently they had different issues and different users have different issues. If Ia'm not mistaken, stake.com also have their own forum right? I guess it is also good if you will raise this problem to their forum and also to their ANN thread. Because so far Stunna didn't respond here yet.

OP have to update this thread so he can’t ruin the reputation of Stake.com, most of the gambling site experience a problem like this but the good thing here, they are dealing with it accordingly so I’m confident about stake.com since they are on the of best sports betting site. Contact their support first before panicking like this, since they are the only one who can help you, they have reasons for sure and it can be solve.

Perhaps they are still active there doing such good discussions related to the stake.com experience. However, I never believed with the OP, I know that this site is the most reputable gambling site and it will never surely ruin their reputation. I have sent 3 emails to my host, Eddie and he's not reading my messages on telegram.

I believe the hosts see the messages and reply to them within a few hours and maximum of a day. I don't know why he is ignoring you.

I haven't broken any of the terms of service and my ID is still pending verification after a month since it was submitted.  

They should rather verify the ID or if they believe there is a problem or the ID is fake, they should decline it. I really feel sorry for you. Maybe you can raise the problem in the scam accusation section or post on their main thread.

I understand they might have some doubt over your account but not replying and informing you about the problem makes no sense and raises red flags honestly. I am a regular player at stake myself and these kind of stories scare me because as a crypto player I don't want to verify my ID and all of a sudden a lot of focus from stake is to get ID verifications. What was the last thing they told you? Because, there must be something which you are either hiding or missing.

It's possible that their support team were overloaded with requests due to which they couldn't look into your issue.

But OP is doing the process for 2 months now. Being busy at least should not be the reason.

And if OP will try to keep sending messages to support, the same answer will be given to him, or at worst, maybe they will not entertain every of his ticket if the request is continuous.

But for assurance, Stake is a reputable casino and I do know they will address it soon since OP now brings the ssue here. Following this story.

Taking into account the OP is such a whale and he is not receiving the attention that he deserves I do not know why he does not try another casino, after all the bonus that he is going to receive is not that big anyway.

Stake is a decent place, they do care about their whales a lot, they have gone down in support if you ask me but they are still going to find this topic and help out and find the problem and solve it I am sure of that, they became worse than they used to be but never a scammer, not a chance.

The point isn't why he started this topic. The point is that he was supposed to receive his bonuses regardless of his intentions especially considering the fact that he wagered millions on Stake.

Majority of the population including me consider every single bit of money as a precious commodity. Money is money at the end of the day.

Also, nobody is accusing Stake of scamming or anything. However, it would be better if op's issue gets resolved asap which is why they need to improve their customer service speed.

The main reason why high rollers like Stake is because of the various bonuses, so it is understandable why you feel bad for not getting a top monthly bonus. It is funny to get less than a dollar for a bonus coupon as a plat user but it shouldn't be like that for a million-dollar wager. Maybe they will ask to prove the source of funds if there is no issue about T&C breack. Usually, the high-rollers don't have problem with withdrawing funds on big casinos, Stake is the first choice came to mind. I thought that very same thing that even a million dollar wagering gambler is bothered about the gifts he may be deprived of. Though, money is money and nobody will leave a cent on the table they are aware about, that it is theirs.

Stake is a decent place, they do care about their whales a lot, they have gone down in support if you ask me but they are still going to find this topic and help out and find the problem and solve it I am sure of that, they became worse than they used to be but never a scammer, not a chance.

Be rest assured that stake will not let its years of work, reputation be ruined due to Op or anybody's similar cases. It will soon throw an answer as well as a solution to Op's problem. Wait and give them some time.

That's a bonus and there should be no issues with that one since they are the one promoting it not unless OP did a terrible mistake on abusing that Bonus. There's always a problem on big money, especially on the issue of AML but since Stake is the top gambling site, hopefully they can address this issue. The bonus OP is talking about isn't promoted.  At the beginning of each month VIP hosts give out cash bonuses to their 'top players'.  AFAIK nobody is 'entitled' to it.  I've heard rumors it's the top 1,000 wagered players, but only from other players.  

If this was something offered to OP before hand, they would have a legitimate argument.  But, I don't think this is the case.  Basically they just give out money to whoever they want at the beginning of each month.  It seems they didn't want to give any to OP for some reason.

This point exactly, these bonuses are not a guaranteed entitlement. The account in question was suspended in March. What is surprising is that Stake actually paid out bonuses even after that suspension for the user to withdraw and yet they are still here posting this. This account was overpaid bonuses when they should have reasonably been immediately cut off.
