Mining software high gpu usage

Hello everyone,
I've tried a lot of softwares for mining altcoins like unmineable phoenixminer, minergate etc..
But all those tools use my gpu at 100% and i want to configure to use like 60% only and the rest to be able to work or play something.
I hope you understand what i mean.

Mining and gaming at the same time , not the best option at all . Really depend on what kind of games we are talking about )
If you set up your computer on the right way , then you can use it for every day task ( general work) at the same time , when the gpu running on 100%. That's cant be a issue.
You forget to mention what kind of "work" you wanted to do during mining. Writing HTML code or rendering video , working 3D modelling is not the same kind of " work"

What kind of game do you want to play during mining ( chess ?  Pac Man ? Assassin's Creed ? , Halo Infinite ? )

Turn the miner off while you game. Your GPU should be running at 100% while mining, there's no room for adding gaming at the same time. The best option is to let it mine and read a book on investment strategies instead of spending that time gaming, there's plenty of time for gaming after you retire early, you'll thank me later.

You ought to decide what do you want - to mine, or to play games. I think that you are playing not all the time, so just stop miner when playing. Now profit is not really huge, so just stop your 1 GPU mining to play.

What video card do you have?

If you have a more powerful video card, then you can play more modern games.
