That is a lesson for every crypto enthusiasts that do not be too greedy especially if you already have a good amount of profit because not all the time the market went in good condition, there are also times that it will breakdown so always remember to take every profit you can get no matter how big or small it is.

Everybody is assuming all the time that every single coin out there will recover from a dump, but that is not the reality. Many many coins simply die and that's it. So even if you didn't sell you can still lose pretty much everything just because it becomes worthless after a while.

You are worrying so much because you are newbies. You should keep eyes on the coinmarketcap to get a good experience from the current situation.

Since you have themmon pancakeswap means you are a Hodler and if you have not sold also means that you have not really incure any losses yet. You will only loss you money when you sell off at low price but I think you should still have the mind and HODL on to your assets which I believe is the best decision at this point cos most of us have gone thru this at some point and be hopeful that the market will return to your favour before the year ends

I think you have a chance to steal lost funds towards the end of 2021, but for this you just need to wait for the next rise in the price of cryptocurrencies. You would surely lost those profit if you dont consider on making a sell on to those times where market is still on greens and this is the important on making out decisions on selling even on a short time basis so that you wouldnt really end up on regretting when you do miss out those opportunities.

Unless if you are really a holder then this would just be part of the process and situation that you would need to resist when you are just tending to hold no matter what for future years to come but if you do talk about shorter term trades then its not a bad idea on making out such step for you to make.
Sell when you are on gains and majority is really preferring short term than on long ones.

With cryptocurrency you need to take away the profit or else you should have the patience to hold for much longer time period. Myself have lost much higher than what you've mentioned. Earlier I used to participate on bounties, and if I've kept hold of those tokens I would've earned good. I hadn't got patience, sold everything earlier and now nothing is left behind. So, just keep hold and recover your loss. If this isn't possible then you need to try day trading which are the options.

The answer to your question is YES and NO as it all depends on the decision you make henceforth. Yes if you hold for long term and No if you sell at loss.
You said you had 3k on pancakeswap but didn't mention the token I guess it is Cake token, and if it is then I will say you will recover it if the market maintains a good form and you are still holding. Another reason why I think you will recover from Cake is, you can stake it to earn different tokens instead of just holding it in your wallet, and with such amount the profit you will make is good enough.
As for Ethereum, I still believe there is more to that coin and hence holding for long term would be a good idea. And lastly, ADA is another good coin which you can hold for long term too. Remember, all these are just my opinions owing to what I have seen within those coins, and yes you are holding good coins which have a higher chance to growing in a favourable market.
Just to add, it is clear you invested more than you should have, next time invest what you can afford and be at peace, this will make you to even hold for long term and thus ending up with good profit so far you are holding good coins like the ones you mentioned.

you haven't lost this is crypto not trading, you will not lose your money if you are patient and wait.. nothing is impossible in this case..considering crypto is volatile, it goes up fast and goes down very fast.. my advice is to hold on.. don't sell all your assets if you don't want to lose.. and suggestions next time you can read the situation, learn from many sources that add to our insight for market analysis.
