You should have sold when btc started to go down couple month ago , you know  btc is the is the king of crypto when is going down all other crypto are going down too!

In reality, he should sell his crypto positions when BTC jumped from $25k to $30k and miss the whole train up to $65k. I would say, As long as you haven't sold any of your coins even with the dips you are still good but all you have to do now is just to continue to HODl till the market come back to where you can take your profits from what you have invested. I believe that most of us want to make a high level of profit in all of our investments and don't know when to get out when the market is dropping. If your aim was not for the long term, then you should always monitor the market and take profits when necessary unless your aim was to HODl for a number of years.

what happened was because the OP, I believe, panicked when he saw the falling market suddenly reduce the value of his assets.
when people know how the system of the crypto market works, of course being patient and waiting for the asset to rise again is an option. but I believe it a big loss to enter the market when the bull top. the dump will bring him into a severe panic.
