I actually did not know that getting birthday presents from online betting companies or casinos was a thing. Do we have a list of companies or websites that do this? How much do they usually give you? Going from a perspective of anti-scam I think you would probably need to do KYC if anything, otherwise anyone could make new accounts and claim these prizes. So far I have not gotten anything :/
it's a form of fun promotion for active gamblers ,I once got a birthday gift in the form of free spins I forgot on where exactly but I didn't get many wins ! not everyone gets a special gift like that and almost rarely happens when it comes to birthday gifts depending on the kindness of the host usually receive via email to claim it

Agreed, and that type of casino is extremely grateful to their customers because it is their way of giving back to them. It doesn't matter how small or large the gifts are, what matters is that they are given to you in the form of free tickets or spins. Not all websites give gifts; some simply don't care about their customers. Gamblers will greatly appreciate it if all gambling websites make an effort to provide something similar. I hope that all gambling websites make an effort to provide something similar.

Birthday presents by casinos are awesome. It's a good way to keep long-time customers happy. This year I was a bit busy on my birthday and didn't really have time to collect all the goodies. On one site I remember I got some free slot games but they expired because I didn't use them in time. On another site I got a 5 USD voucher but lost it all. The best gift where some free tournament dollars on the poker site I play the most, managed to get 20 bucks out of it.
It is nice to see that some casinos are actually implementing something like this and they are giving bonuses to their clients on the day of their birth as this is a nice way to keep your customers happy and the price they need to pay for this is relatively low, however I will admit that in my case I have never received one of those bonuses as I never give that information away as I prefer to keep that information private regardless of the bonuses I could receive thanks to it.

This is a cool giveaway if they will not require user to do KYC for this but it seems impossible since user can fake there birthday without undergoing through KYC process. Simply this giveaway is there way to force user to do KYC in exchange for a small bonus that they get during there special day.

Though its a nice offer by the gambling site, but I doubt it if the bonus is offered without any form of KYC because a lot gamblers will tend to capitalize on that offer and sign-up as many account as possible with different birthdays in a bid to earn many free bonuses, except if those gambling sites has put on a measure to screen out multiple signups, however inclusion of KYC will curb such fraudulent act, I also have few accounts with some of those gambling sites and had never receive such bonuses.

Factsss. It's pretty much just how casinos try to offer that juicy signup bonuses and what not but you have to perform their KYC procedures to the fullest before even getting them. Really, unless it's a present that wouldn't necessarily damage their funds, they'd probably give anything. Like maybe a badge, or something, but money? Hmm I don't think that's going to happen. Maybe increased odds? or rather than odds, it's increased rewards. Still, you have to spend money AND win so idk, counts as a bonus I guess but it's just a marketing strategy to make you play more.

I dont know any site in the cryptocurrency which offers birthday bonus. But I am betting in dafabet with fiat currency since many years and they used to offer birthday bonus every year. I am active customer so they offer me 100$ free bonus on my birthday which is a good amount I think. But you must be a active user and fully verified kyc for that.

Most crypto platforms or casinos which offer sign-up rewards or such special birthday prizes, require recipients to perform KYC before they send the prizes/rewards. I doubt if they will give the recipients for free, without KYC. Or they offer the rewards for their members who already passed KYC only. With this juicy offer, they may expect to make all members perform KYC on their site.

Yup, there is no way that casinos would just do this without thinking of using it to gain something in return, in my opinion. I agree with what the others have stated earlier, plainly giving free money to players is a cost for the casino, and if you come to think of it they would somehow try to make that cost worthwhile for their part. Passing KYC before claiming the birthday bonus could be just one of the many possible requirements.

Agreed. Besides, birthday treats or bonuses from the casino may come in any form, right? Perhaps, aside form giving free money, the casino could just give deposit bonus, vouchers, free turns or spins on different casino games. And of course, players would have to do still play their part to claim these. It may indeed seem like a cost, an extra expense for the casino, but this is also a way to invest that the end result may come into the loyalty of players. Whereas, repeat customers and referral can also bloom from doing such. In the end, it may become a win-win situation.

If those birthday gifts would really be ending up on having some sort of requirements or wager needing then its not totally a present or something and people or gamblers would be accepting but rather it would really be just ending up on a typical kind of promotion
which does need up some requirements for them able to hook up but it isnt really bad if its exclusive for birthday members
and it should be something that wont be hard to win on.Well as a business then you would always thinking for win-win situations.

You are right, but aren’t these so called presents are just strategy to advertise the casino and its services, and even promote further to existing customers? In my own point of view, casinos are just going to do this because they after the returns of doing such acts, because if not, then why would they chose to make effort and allocate resources for customers. At the bottom of it all, yes, it is still a business.

You just can't be sure that a customer would be loyal to them forever. But let's say maybe 5%-10% of that number, they're the real loyal customers.

Whatever gimmick they want to just to keep their loyal customers, they can do that. And this is the same as that giving present or a few bucks for their birthday.

But yeah, the twist is if they've been verified and passed the kyc.

Even if they want to give a gift to their loyal patrons, I haven't really seen a casino that do this on a regular basis.
Actually, what the OP said here maybe true. But we all know the reputation of that casino.
Are you willing to play on that site and take the risk just because it is known to give a birthday gift.
Anyway, it is up to the gambler if he is willing to undertake such risk. But definitely, they will ask for some docs to prove about your birthday.
It can be true.

But if that's the casino that you'll go just because they're giving a gift during birthdays, that's an odd reason for you to use them. Because they're a casino that has a lot of allegations and accusations.

Reputation is much more needed than just a small reward that you're too attracted with. Have a better choice and even there's no gift or giveaway as long as the casino is legitimate and got a lot of reviews and has been tested and proven to be a good one, that's the better place to go.

I don't search for the online crypto casino that gives me a birthday present because that is only one moment I can get. But if I can get more than that, that will be good because I can get the present or gift to play with for the next few days. Maybe there is a crypto casino that gives presents to their members, but some casinos don't give that because they can give the other bonuses to their members weekly or monthly or in the special events. The casino will have their way to satisfy their members Cool

For retaining the business then they would need all those kind of acts which would really be beneficial for them which is really a typical business owner would do.If they would see some benefit or positive impact  then they wouldnt mind on spending or allocate some funds
with those freebies into those existing users.Of course there would be some sort of requirement  for you to be eligible on getting those gifts
and wont really be just giving without  thinking because it will surely cost them.
