not really seen a betting company do that on birthdays. that's sweet. but most of them somehow gives you a chance to get bonuses or sort of funds for any reasons they could think of just so you get back and play. you could have roll that $20 to double before withdrawing. takeaway the transaction fee you get less $20.

If that can be done, I think users are required to provide KYC, because only with KYC at least they can verify your birthday with certainty. If I remember correctly, 1xbet allows users to input their birth date firing the time of registration. As other books don't take this information, there's no way they would know anyone's birthday. Moreover, 1xbet is more of an online traditional gambling outfit. For crypto betting companies, that data won't be available unless the users KYC with the company. It's one thing for them to have everyone's birthday and it's another thing for them to be able to gift users so I think that's one area that 1xbet has done well.

No, unfortunatelly I have never seen a promotion like this disponible at crypto casinos. It looks like it's an exclusivity of fiat bookmakers. The online casino could set a specific amount of total deposits and account age from their clients to be eligible for these rewards and to prevent it from being abused. Let's say an account that has been actively playing in the casino for 1 year with the minimum deposit of $10,000 would be eligible for birthday bonus.
Sure this will strengthen the relation between the business and the customer. But, one of the most important thing a casino must possess is a good reputation. I think this is a great area of opportunity for the casino that actually takes the time to implement this, most likely they will have to make it so that you cannot change your birthday date once you put it there in order to avoid abusers and most likely you will need to have made bets for a minimum amount of money before you receive the bonus, but if you qualify then you could receive a free bet or free rolls in some of their games as a birthday present.

Not even 50 bucks but a message/email that wishes us would be good enough for me. It just needs to touch us which is the important part, getting 50 bucks or a fixed amount is not a viable option since there are high rollers and small gamblers and prizes should vary based on their levels and wagers. Making one feel special should be the intention and if he/she has wagered in the past few days you can offer them some reward as well.

Most crypto platforms or casinos which offer sign-up rewards or such special birthday prizes, require recipients to perform KYC before they send the prizes/rewards. I doubt if they will give the recipients for free, without KYC. Or they offer the rewards for their members who already passed KYC only. With this juicy offer, they may expect to make all members perform KYC on their site.   

Yup, there is no way that casinos would just do this without thinking of using it to gain something in return, in my opinion. I agree with what the others have stated earlier, plainly giving free money to players is a cost for the casino, and if you come to think of it they would somehow try to make that cost worthwhile for their part. Passing KYC before claiming the birthday bonus could be just one of the many possible requirements.

You are right, but aren’t these so called presents are just strategy to advertise the casino and its services, and even promote further to existing customers? In my own point of view, casinos are just going to do this because they after the returns of doing such acts, because if not, then why would they chose to make effort and allocate resources for customers. You just can't be sure that a customer would be loyal to them forever. But let's say maybe 5%-10% of that number, they're the real loyal customers.

Whatever gimmick they want to just to keep their loyal customers, they can do that. And this is the same as that giving present or a few bucks for their birthday.

For retaining the business then they would need all those kind of acts which would really be beneficial for them which is really a typical business owner would do.If they would see some benefit or positive impact  then they wouldnt mind on spending or allocate some funds
with those freebies into those existing users.Of course there would be some sort of requirement  for you to be eligible on getting those gifts
and wont really be just giving without  thinking because it will surely cost them.
