Btc is the parent of crypto, without BTC, crypto will not be able to develop until now, for some people who depend their lives on crypto it might be difficult if BTC dies, but for people who use crypto just to increase their income it will not matter much because surely they don't depending on the income on the crypto market.

We all can certainly live without bitcoin. I was even born before the arrival of Bitcoin and recently got introduced into the industry. Bitcoin may not be a life sustaining asset, but it's certainly an economic advantage for those who are willing to hold for long term. Basic needs of man to live is food and air but in our current life here in this world, to be able to have a food in your table you also need money that you can use to purchase foods and other eesential goods in life. Also money is need to purchased services. In basic aspects of needs of man we don't need bitcoin but since we are kow dealing in a most advance world where sooner all the transactions will be made through online we need a digital asset too. It's true you don't need bitcoins when you breathe, the same way you don't need an iPhone or android to breathe. What's more, you also don't need the internet to breathe and to buy vegetables or bread, you also don't need the internet.
