Previously, can you explain more focus on the payment method and the rules? The thread content is still an announcement type and will not attract the attention of reputable users to accept your offer.
If you are willing to pay in bitcoin, this should be on the service board.

If you are looking to hire a specific set of members here to spread words of your project across the forum here, then you probably should look at the thread noorman0 shared with you above, but if you are looking to go the traditional way of spreading words about your company through signature and other form of campaign, then you should definitely consider hiring a bounty manager who will create the signatures as well as make materials available for other form of campaigns that will take place.
But if you think you can handle the campaign yourself, you have to hire someone to create signatures for you, after this, then make a proper bounty announcement in the altcoin bounty section if you will be paying in altcoin or make a proper bounty announcement in the service section section if you will be paying in bitcoin.
