lol fine by me I mean if you look at ALL of my previous history if your worried about a few butt hurt people on a couple grand compared to my entire history with multiples of millions of dollars transacted escrows fine with me.

It's easy to clone a front-end side, but the hard part is to develop the back-end side because you need a user's system, for that you need a database, and for the bitcoin payments you need to run your own node on a VPS, and that isn't cheap at all. You will need an admin panel to modify links, show statics and make important decisions like if you want to allow a user to make a 10btc withdraw and all that stuff. So, with the Front-end HTML in your hands, you have a starting point.
