Sorry, you should DYOR before using that wallet.
If you read topics like Freewallet.org - SCAMMERS CONFIRMED - Pending Litigation or the reference links for the negative (red) feedback in Freewallet profile you'll see that the chances for the ticket to be solved are not great. Good luck though

Freewallet.org should probably be the last wallet service you think of using. It has so many scam accusations from the past and present. We do have so many noncustodial multicurrency wallets that support doge too like trustwallet, exodus, coinomi. They won't lock up your funds and ask for KYC to unblock them.

Yes, we know already. You just repeated what you wrote in your opening post. Without providing any more evidence, there's nothing that can be done. If you post a transaction ID, screenshots or anything else, that just may spur Freewallet into action as it has before.
