Escrow will always be used and released only after the stock has been tested on arrival, any DOA prorated refund and ship back at sellers cost.
In some instances
if seller insists against escrow, i can explore releasing the funds after my representative has tested the goods but that will be subject to me having representatives on the ground for this. China is possible, other areas have to check.
