Several months ago, I created account with Cryptothrills because they were giving some non-deposit bonus.
I wagered with that bonus, got successful, successfully turned it to real mbtc, I was glad but to make a withdrawal I needed to make minimum 1mbtc deposit. I put it off for a while.
Fast forward now, there was deposit offer with some free spins so I decided to give it a try again. Deposited 1 mbtc and played with free spins and made a withdrawal. It didn't arrive so asked 'support', they said it requires 24 hrs. Deposit require 0 confs, but withdrawl 24 hrs, pretty cool eh?
It didn't arrive even after 24 hrs, I go to support agent again(transcript at end of post).
Now they didn't help with withdrawal but they removed the 5 mbtc earned from playing with bonus citing I asked them to, which I didn't.
The bonus he's mentioning in chat was with 1 mbtc deposit that I did recently, and I did ask them to remove it. I never asked them to remove amount earned from wagered bonus, arguing seemed futile.
It was pretty hopeless, thought let's withdraw 1 mbtc I deposited and move on. But nope, there is more. You can't withdraw unless you gamble 10x amount of your deposit, which literally means you either gamble or forget your money after you deposit there.
It was my mistake indeed, they have this 'rule' written in their t&c, they are literally forcing people to gamble.
They can remove your balances as they like, they lock you out of your funds, they force you to gamble if this doesn't scream scam, I don't what is.

I'm not sure if right sub is scam accusation or gambling discussion, but since gambling discussion seems spammy, I'm posting it here.
