We don't have poker either. We have talked about it though.
All of it is technically possible, but no registration would be trouble. You can't have a license then.
Not sure if we have received law enforcement requests per se, but there have been requests from governments.
Yeah, gambling is evil for sure. So many people get their lives ruined by addiction. We do actually try to take the moral high ground in our niche, despite it sounding quite weird. It's important to acknowledge gambling addiction, and we also believe that if we actually care more about our users we may not make that extra buck now, but instead in the longer term by the better reputation.

1. I have a lot of experience in related fields. I started my first online projects when I was like 11-12 years old, and I also run my own company on the side. Wouldn't say qualifications are hard, it's more about getting really good at whatever you decide you wanna learn.

2. In my case it was Twitter since I already knew the owner of the casino in advance. Everything is possible, but you should look at it from the perspective of the casino: What can you offer them? - I can mention, that just at the casino I work at, we have received like 2000 job applications the past year. You need to stand out.

If you wanna work in the industry it's all about contacting casinos that you like, and offer them something that they don't currently have (Which you think they need). That's really about it.

Not at all.
It's not like we're forcing anybody to gamble.
I have been a gambling addict in my life, and I have probably lost around $200,000-250,000 in total. I would never put any blame on the casinos at all.
I do however actually give people recommendations on how to prevent gambling addiction as well as where they can seek professional help.

Depends on what you wanna do. On the low end, you can start with like $10k, but ideally, you wanna have at least $100k+.
There is a lot of factors though as well as what experience you have.

I mean, it's obviously very profitable, but it all depends on perspective as well. You're not going to be Jeff Bezos rich from running a casino.
The main cons are that you're always looking out for exploits and fraud. The fraud part is usually less of a problem for crypto-only sites, but if you have cash deposits on your site the fraud is a huge problem.
The exploit part will always be a concern that you have to look out for. Most sites handle this part by having max withdrawals with manual approvement is needed.

Banking within the gambling industry is the worst experience you will ever have. Paying taxes is of course easy, but the part of having bank accounts is an overall awful experience.

Well, what makes Betting games/competitions evil is how people use them and what they are meant for. Certain bettings are use for pooling funds togethers and distributing in larger chunks to lucky people. I guess you could reduce the odds of winning a lottery for loyal bettors, and there will be some degree of certainty in reaping rewards long-term and that will make lottery kinds of bets as useful as investing in Cryptocurrency for example.

It's important to eliminate abuse/misuse of bettings, and make them safe and beneficial for both customers and betting businesses. The businesses are actually providing a useful service and did nothing wrong if they benefit from the service they provide. I just hope they don't  benefit too much or take too much profits.
Maybe if we have a pure p2p betting platforms that won't be much of a problem.

The issue with gambling is that you will always lose in the long run. I don't believe you will ever make a model with no house edge etc.
There are already P2P betting platforms, but you're still charged a fee by the platform because they need to make money somehow. - If there is nobody making money on it(The people running the platform), then it just entices scam.
