The price of BTC and others altcoin declined because of bad news from China goverment and Elon Musk at the same time. In crypto, there are always 2 trend, bearish and bullish and for each trend can be taken for 2-3 years, and the trend changing for every 3-4 years. But for BTC, the price is always going to new ATH for every bullish season. This is according to history of BTC price. I think for now, the market will continue with bull season until 2022 and then the market changing to bearish season again for another 3 years.

In my opinion the main problem is that we had a bull market for about half a year until the beginning of may and a lot of projects where overvalued and also overhyped. For years, the issue of China government and other countries trying to ban cryptocurrencies in their countries have affected the market price. This year, it's added by Elon Musk's tweets. The market movements always dynamic. It is just the nature of the crypto space that is bear season and bull season, and because it is somehow a bear season (even though some experts believe it is bull season) the prices of cryptocurrencies are falling. Talking about the prices dropping further is what no one can say with confidence because predictions do not work, but if you are in for long term and holding good coins, then you need not to worry much.
Now lastly, the case of NFT is, it is still growing, that is somehow in its infancy mostly when you compare with DeFi ecosystem. Nevertheless, I strongly believe that digital art and gaming are not the limit of Non-fungible tokens. We can tokenize physical assets, documents, rights. You are right that now capitals flow from normal useful altcoins to different popular, but not very valuable, to my mind, meme coins and NFT of different games. Nevertheless, I strongly believe that digital art and gaming are not the limit of Non-fungible tokens. We can tokenize physical assets, documents, rights. So, in my point of view NFT is really a future, but in another form than we see now.

Not sure if money is really flowing around the way you describe it. I rather think that more and more money is entering the crypto markets as a whole, with some of it also going into NFTs. IMO the reason why prices are going down is because Elon Musk (thanks dude, very cool) has soured on crypto thanks to renewed attention to its dire environmental impact while China has clamped down crypto mining in many of its regions. But i think the price for bitcoin are stable right now, so no need to worry.
