I'm starting to drive lately.

I have my car and I really love driving it. Not a manual person but sure it's a stress reliever and I'm liking to have long drives which really relieves me from stress.

There are so many things that I do enjoy outdoor, but these days I really am more of a homebody. If I had to pick a favorite, it would probably be hiking in national parks.
Whether I'm backpacking, hiking the mountain trail, or just soaking up nature, I get a little more inspired to keep going when I'm surrounded by the vast diversity and grandeur of the outdoors.

Walking and Basketball I guess I was planning to buy a bike to have some exercise,
But I didn't buy one because it would just be a design on our house since it would only be used seldomly.
And I think it would be better to have a motorcycle so I could go far  compared to bike that would exhaust me too much since I don't have any regular exercise.

To be honest all the outdoor activities are on hold. I mostly stay at home and only visit out if there is any need. Its been ages since we (my family) go outside for fun or picnic. All the tourist spots are closed due to covid19    The restaurants are open but dine-in is closed. We can only "take away" from them. Once the life normalizes, then we can think of outdoor activities.

I have three favourite outdoor activities, depending on the type of year. During winter I love snowboarding, during summer I love swimming in the sea and during spring and autumn I love riding my bike. And when it's raining I am sad.

Right now I really enjoy walking my dogs around our neighborhood.

I've always loved exercising outside, but now with 2 young kids and a big yard, it's a great way to exercise without getting too far away from home.

I'm into Biking now, I'm going from place to place far from my location, maintaining at least 120-250 kilometers weekends and also the 38 kilometers back and port from my house to office.

I think this is much best for health and for my outdoors activities.

I feel bored because I spend too much time at the computer, so I do occasionally go out of the house, to do some activities to relieve stress.
But because it's still in a pandemic situation, there aren't many places I can visit. I usually go to the zoo with my family once a month,
because seeing animals can relieve stress. Sometimes I also go to the mountains or the beach close to my house, to see the beauty of nature,
and it can refresh my mind from the crypto market which is still not fully recovered.

I actually enjoy outside activities when there are very few people (unless there ar many like minded people) on the paths, otherwise it's just better for me to remain in quiet spaces.
I typically move around outside alone to think, work and recieve fresh air without distractions.
The sounds, air, human activities, etc need to be good enough for me to spend long time outside.
If outside is quieter and more gentle/pleasant than inside, I will likely spend more time outdoors

This becomes rampant now , and very popular in out country .. a Bicycle is all over the place you can see it everywhere now.

But are we happy doing activities in that place, the happiness we feel in my opinion is priceless. So just do activities that are really positive and
make us happy, don't force going to expensive places because we want to spread it on social media to attract attention. That's something we should

For me it's just walking. But without carrying my cell phone or not looking at it during the whole trip (with some exceptions, if I am waiting for an important call for example), walking aroud the city is OK, but better in natural environments and looking at the maximum possible distance, where there are no barriers, the sky, the clouds or the horizon.

Oh !!! Lucky for you mate because you live in place where there are still places to put outdoor gardening because in my place where in city the space are very limited that's why to grow plants or veggies must be indoor or at least near your doorsteps .

I miss shooting guns, so much fun. Going on the range during a nice summer day was awesome. Unfortunately I moved to a country where shooting guns is not allowed anymore. The only chance is shooting guns if you are with the police or go hunting. So for me there aren't much outdoor activities right now, I just go for walks or ride my bike.

I actually prefer to exercise by solving some problems within the environment/home. Should be problems that require enough physical activities or physical movements of the body to solve. This is a more efficient way of using your energy... because you are solving multiple problems by excersing the body and solving problem around you, especially those that benefit others. The gym may be needed when you need to exercise or work on specific parts of the body

In special times like this, doing some home exercises are really the thing. But it is my will that doesn't pushes me to voluntarily work out at home.

It's been years that I'm telling it to myself but I'm really that lazy at all going to the gym or doing some work out home exercises.
