What's your favorite outdoor activity?

We Bitcoiners spend a lot of time on the computer and indoors. What's your favorite way to get outside and be active?

I like gardening...

2 times a day every morning and evening I always take care of my plants. the garden is not so big but enough to make me plant some orchids, ivory betel, puring leaves and roses. This outdoor habit makes my fatigue go away a little.

Have you tried Indoor  Planting also mate? or Like Hydroponic ? I love flowering plants but i also love planting veggies .

or even Aquaponics mate, those are relevant in practical living.

I don't really like hydroponic plants...

I just like gardening in open spaces with good air circulation. btw my children are still small, they are very active, they will definitely break it

I'm not a rich person, so it's impossible to do activities outside the home in an expensive place. I mostly play near the house with my pet,
because there is a park near my house. So every morning I spend a few hours in the park, doing some light exercise at the same time.
So that the body's immune system is maintained properly, if we do regular exercise. Luckily the park I used to go to wasn't too many people,
so I feel safe to do activities there.

I like hiking & going to the soccer. I used to be pretty good at track & field when I was younger, I was one of the best in my State at 1500m when I was growing up. I’m old & past it now though but I do like to stay active, more so since lockdown & all the restrictions on normal things I enjoy.

But are we happy doing activities in that place, the happiness we feel in my opinion is priceless. So just do activities that are really positive and
make us happy, don't force going to expensive places because we want to spread it on social media to attract attention. That's something we should
avoid and should not do.

Yeah , remember that "we cannot buy true happiness " because our enjoyment is not worth of anything but from the heart and that is what we simple people has.

For me it's just walking. But without carrying my cell phone or not looking at it during the whole trip (with some exceptions, if I am waiting for an important call for example), walking aroud the city is OK, but better in natural environments and looking at the maximum possible distance, where there are no barriers, the sky, the clouds or the horizon.

I am sure you can enjoy the views during that trip. It can help you to forget about your busy days and maybe you can get relax from your mind to anything. It will be better if you do that in the morning to exercise too to get healthy and the important you can breathe fresh air in the morning.

I also like to ride a bike a lot and whenever I have time I go out with my friends on a bike. It keeps the mind very fresh it doesn’t look like a big deal but if he hates hiking and you’re an award winning mountaineer it can be a bit challenging.

Oh !!! Lucky for you mate because you live in place where there are still places to put outdoor gardening because in my place where in city the space are very limited that's why to grow plants or veggies must be indoor or at least near your doorsteps .

I miss shooting guns, so much fun. Going on the range during a nice summer day was awesome. Unfortunately I moved to a country where shooting guns is not allowed anymore. The only chance is shooting guns if you are with the police or go hunting. So for me there aren't much outdoor activities right now, I just go for walks or ride my bike.

It is not the time mate that Hinders your family to go in gym but it is your desire and beliefs about what can Good going to gym will give us.

Some times this will take hospitalization first before we finally learn how we need to be healthy , and besides it is not GYM that we always need, because we can do physical fitness program at home together but of course with our willingness and dedication.

If we want to live healthy and maintain physical fitness, we don't have to go to the gym, I agree with you it can all be done together at home.
Do not let us depend on the gym to be able to exercise, because it is not coming to the gym that actually makes us healthy. But the strong desire
from within us to exercise and consume healthy foods so that we can maintain health. I also often exercise now with my family at home, if I want
to exercise outside I just run on the road around the house.
