Until I know what kind of program you are talking about and how much you are paying I won't be installing telegram to contact you. And most of established members agree on this.

I can write some programs in python, and I have done a few jobs in this forum already with Javascript and PHP.
I may be able to help you if you explain what kind of job it is (to know if I can do it or not)
