Hey so I have a Whatsminer M10 that would fire up and recognize the 3 boards, but only show chips on 2 boards and 0 chips on the third board.

I checked voltage across the 2 pole connectors from the PSU and it read 14 volts.  As I was checking, the small cover with the control board slid down and contacted both pole connectors at the same time.  The machine shut down or went into what I thought might be protection mode.  I killed the power and waited 10 minutes, then fired it back up.  An error code 210 showed up, and now there is 0 volts between the pole connectors.  I disassembled and checked the PSU and can't find a fuse inside that might have blown, other than the one main fuse where the power comes in.

When I refresh the screen on the main miner control panel on my computer it won't read anything over 1s either.

Is there something I should look for, or has anyone else experienced this?

Makes me very nervous since it's impossible to find spare parts right now.  Maybe someone knows where I can find parts these days?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

If you are looking for parts try to check this
- https://www.zeusbtc.com/Repair.asp

You can also contact them directly and maybe they can give you some parts needed for your M10 PSU.

Can you share the exact model of your PSU?

I will try to use it as a keyword to find the service manual for that model through Google. I suspected there might be a short diode or mosfet that might cause no voltage output

Hey thanks for the reply, I have looked on their site and tried contacting them, and will continue to do so.

It's a Whatspower P11.
