Same thoughts, It is better to lock this thread and come back when it is fully launched. It would be nice if you provide some images/screenshots of the casino and its thorough details like if it has a license or if you are requiring KYC to players.

Well, I agree with why not?! It's their strategy to announce something before it's out... but I also think they could do it more professionally if they wanted to intrigue us gamblers! Some screenshots, some videos... anything that can give us a little peek inside the project and what kind of "more exciting evolution to existing bit-crash gaming" we can expect to see here! But all that is missing in this thread, and on their site... except their Curacao licence and simple ToS there's nothing else to be seen! Totally agree with this one, but they already have a website if I recall so a screenshot might not be necessary plus they're saying that they're updating their site's progress in their Twitter page. I guess we just have to wait for them to really open their site fully and have all of it fully operational.

Don't know what they have planned. But Bitcarra have a different type of Dual Crash games and I haven't played it before. I placed few bets on that game without knowing it's working method. I clicked on the information mark too, but it doesn't show the details of ‘How to Play'. Eventually I searched on Google and found the details in their official Medium account.

Support is vital in any business, I am lucky that it was in this situation, I do not want or am going to try to open another account, I understand that they are in their early days or in a kind of Beta, so these errors may be understandable, which I can not understand is that no matter what phase a project is in or how large or small the undertaking is, support is vital for users, even an automated response to my email would give it a 1 point in my rating, for now is zero.

Anyway, I expect some response as efficient as they were for when I was subscribing.

I still cannot login. Support has never given me a solution, although if you have been answering my emails, I have already sent them all the information requested and they ask me to log in when I can't.

The system does not accept my email or my nickname and when I try to recover my password it tells me that my email does not exist, which is not true as I have shown with the corresponding captures.

I notice that only few play on there crash game especially dual crash. How long does the casino running and what's your status for your casino license to operate. This new idea of crash game mix to bacarrat is fresh for gambler like me. I'm a bit confused at first since I thought the game was simply a crash game that mixed with competition so my first impression without reading the rules was the winner should have the highest multiplier. It took me 5 rounds to understand that it follows bacarrat rule to determine the winner so basically the crash game is just for visual.

Maybe add an option to use the multiplier on determining the profit of the winning bet to have some crash game application.

Support is vital in any business, I am lucky that it was in this situation, I do not want or am going to try to open another account, I understand that they are in their early days or in a kind of Beta, so these errors may be understandable, which I can not understand is that no matter what phase a project is in or how large or small the undertaking is, support is vital for users, even an automated response to my email would give it a 1 point in my rating, for now is zero.
