My concern is if this casino will only support crash games and if this is something that might change in the future?
The reason for this is because I know a lot of people not familiar with the game as much, so limiting yourself to 1 type of game at first might eliminate a chunk of your potential user base.

Don't know what they have planned. But Bitcarra have a different type of Dual Crash games and I haven't played it before. I placed few bets on that game without knowing it's working method. I clicked on the information mark too, but it doesn't show the details of ‘How to Play'. Eventually I searched on Google and found the details in their official Medium account.

As others have stated I think that we are due for some innovation in the Crash game (finally).

The format has gone extremely stale and your site does seem to be well designed and there is a few interesting looking launch events. I would highly suggest doing some more marketing on the forum to gain traction, though.

Since the least I am interested in is opening another account for taking a promotion, I do the right thing and try to solve the problem, I write to support on the 21st and to date nothing, I think  72 hours is a good waiting time for a response.

Today I did the test of using the same email and as it was obvious it tells me that it is in use, ok, so why  it does not appear when I want to recover my password.

Support is vital in any business, I am lucky that it was in this situation, I do not want or am going to try to open another account, I understand that they are in their early days or in a kind of Beta, so these errors may be understandable, which I can not understand is that no matter what phase a project is in or how large or small the undertaking is, support is vital for users, even an automated response to my email would give it a 1 point in my rating, for now is zero.

Anyway, I expect some response as efficient as they were for when I was subscribing.

Another thing at all bothers me the situation of the bonus, it bothers me how simple a good support to users can be and it is not done, I just try to help you improve your support.

I still cannot login. Support has never given me a solution, although if you have been answering my emails, I have already sent them all the information requested and they ask me to log in when I can't.

The system does not accept my email or my nickname and when I try to recover my password it tells me that my email does not exist, which is not true as I have shown with the corresponding captures.

Anyway ... it is unheard of for the system to say that my email or nickname does not exist when I just registered and they approved my account and approved the respective Tokens, anyway.

Honestly it doesn't look half bad at all. However we have so many crash games these days that, having something just similar doesn't cut it anymore. You gotta have a whole casino in order to be competitive these days. Otherwise what is the point of playing here? I have gambled on bustabit for years, now I do not even gamble there too much anymore because it gets boring after a while, still do check it once a few months but not really too frequently.

If I am bored of the same game, then I am going to be bored of the same game here as well, I didn't get bored from the website, it was the game. So I highly highly suggest to take a look at making more games, otherwise it will be a limited experience here and you won't reach to your potential.

It is good to know that they resolved the issue already, I would like to suggest to the Bitcarra to update the title of their thread since I think it's already working now and I was thinking if you can add some more games probably dice games which is pretty popular to users but I see that your games are like public games where all can place bet on the same round.

Yeah you must be because Gamblers who loves Crash games also looking for other games atleast to change their betting direction for a certain time like me.

I notice that only few play on there crash game especially dual crash. How long does the casino running and what's your status for your casino license to operate. This new idea of crash game mix to bacarrat is fresh for gambler like me. I'm a bit confused at first since I thought the game was simply a crash game that mixed with competition so my first impression without reading the rules was the winner should have the highest multiplier. It took me 5 rounds to understand that it follows bacarrat rule to determine the winner so basically the crash game is just for visual.

Maybe add an option to use the multiplier on determining the profit of the winning bet to have some crash game application.

Am I the only one experiencing this (PC version)?
- The main page can't load perfectly, only some very large graphics and always flashing repeatedly. This is still happening since 3 hours ago (the first time I opened the site).
- Solo crash and dual crash interface don't fit 1 page, I have to scroll sideways to see other players status.

I think the site is still under development as its access is not stable on PC sometimes it works and another is pop-up an error message, I guess the thread starter should update with the actual time the site will be working 100%.
