Only devs who are creative, and are always actively developing their projects will be champions this year. I also observed that some of the big coins in the 2017 era that hit ATH the BTC pair were not able to move much. I didn't really monitor it, but it once hit $ 4. It is not impossible to return or will be of no value at all. In May it rose to 0.04 $ today it fell to 0.012 $, BTC fluctuations have a big impact on the movement of altcoins, so I do not recommend but the current price is cheap.
