I mined thousands of  doge back in 2013. I never dreamed it would hit the price it did and im surprised its still holding out in the 20 pence mark. I got lucky with this coin  but Its still pretty easy to mine compared to a lot of other older coins

the real problem behind this hype on Dogecoin it's related to the absence of any "cycle" for the value.
I mean people are investing believing another big pump can be possible as we have seen in the past.
but it's really possible? I think that a meme coin have some "natural" limit and we are ready to seen in the upcoming future....

Did you just say an old coin with zero utility deserves to be listed on Coinbase pro? That really sounds contradicting I would give Doge more credit because it has its own blockchain, you can mine it, and gambling platforms accepts it. There are so many jurassic coins tha haven't made it to bigger exchanges.

When it comes to the meme coin category, I think everybody will agree that the throne belongs to DogeCoin and all the rest are just pretenders. Now, am not saying that DogeCoin is the best because just like any other coin there are advantages as well as disadvantages here. However, honestly, most of us here are just concerned on its value, so we don't actually care of its increasing supply or if there are really use-cases for this coin...the most important question is: Will it be rising soon? Well, hopefully the good listing in Coinbase Pro can be the signal of the "resurrection" of DogeCoin.

Yesterday I saw these great news and today I saw that the price of Dogecoin has already increased by 20%, so whoever invested in Dogecoin yesterday was able to get a very good profit today, but the most important thing is that Dogecoin in the future will only grow because recently Dogecoin is advertised everywhere and a lot big investors started investing in Dogecoin, so I think that in the future we will be able to see the Dogecoin price of at least 1$ and even more.

A little correction from me, that Dogecoin is not as old as BTC because since I got to know BTC in 2012, Dogecoin didn't exist at that time, then in 2013 Dogecoin was born into the crypto space and became a meme coin until now and will always be in the space crypto forever.

Then why with that? what makes it special? is it possible to increase Dogecoin by 1000%?
because for me it was a casual news and not at all a favorable thing on the incident.

Coinbase Pro is next to Binance when it comes to trading volume so it can really help Doge to increase the volume and price some traders can only use Coinbase due to user restrictions and finally they can buy Doge and speculate so watch out for the next rally of alts and Doge will surpass the recent ATH.

True. capital better go to better project with REAL product that can be utilized by us rather than just a meme coin but who am i to judge right, that's not even my money anyway.

Really though, imagine if elon instead of shilling for an old meme coin like this he create dsome revolutionary coin or atleast tokenizing his TSLA stock thats gonna be great for us the blockchain community, could've given a lot of good things to the technology over all but nah

So this the reason why it's pumping to 22%. Yes it happens to all coins that have been added to coinbase, it's just going to be exposed to millions of its users who will find it very the coin profitable because it's added to a major exchange in the US. Though this is still a shitcoin for memes, I guess we will not be seeing Dogecoin go back to $0.01 anymore because of this.

I hear what you are saying and I also think we are getting to that point in the cryptocurrency space where most investors are not really interested in what the coin/token is all about and what it provides but rather people invest now because it is been promoted by a knowen celeb of Billionaire.
