Though I doubt it, DOGE is pretty much pumped and dumped to hell that $1 is not impossible. With that said, why are you even trading if you can't come up with your own decisions though? it doesn't hurt if you want to prove the rumors, because we know that at least when Doge gets into Coinbase, or any big exchange there will be some kind of big big pump. maybe this is the moment that many people have been waiting for. So to prove it all, I think we're also looking forward to June 11.

everyone was watching how an Elon would react and what his strategy would be would be quite surprising. most importantly take the advantage and be a winner.

I agree, Doge has already gone through many pumps and dumps and everyone holding Doge should know this. Having had this cycle though even if it gets listed on Coinbase the most it can do is another similar pump and then dump as before. There will not be a case of it being sustained nowhere near $1.

It's pretty sure Coinbase will list Dogecoin, I can't recall where I read that news a few days back but the source was strong. So there is a chance of a short pump during the listing. As we have seen when we notice a new listing in a reputed exchange, then a coin pump for a short time. But it doesn't mean it will happen for all coins. A few days back I have seen on Binance, multiple coins dump after listing although that was pump before listing in Binance. The main thing is you have to make a real-time decision on exactly when you should sell your holding. So, you have to decide it yourself, we can't help with this.

this is big news that makes DOGE prices soar again. coupled with a tweet posted by Elon.
DOGE reaching $1 may be possible soon with greater support and investor interest to enter DOGE.
this is an excellent opportunity to DOGE. DOGE has a lot of support that will send its price back up and reach $1.

I really think that this whole doge coin meme is gonna die out soon and it will reach a point where the price is gonna reach a somewhat stable position, you can't really base your investment decisions based on some scripted joke that Elon Musk made on TV, if it was the actuall company making an investment like in bitcoin than there would be another whole discussion, and even if coinbase introduces it to its wallet its not gonna change a lot, no one has the right to tell you whethre to sell or hold just make thing based on what you see best and remind yourself why you invested in it in the first place before making any move.

It is not a rumor that Dogecoin is going to be tradable in Coinbase. The announcement was made by Coinbase themselves and that it's really big news for those who have been holding Dogecoin. But it's not June 11 but June 3. See the link for more information about Dogecoin on Coinbase.

maybe what you're saying has some truth in it too, considering that some moments have passed so wildly over Elon Musk manipulated awakening. but for now we are still wary of the possibility of a return to normal prices need to be wary of Doge holders who have already entered with high prices.
take advantage of the opportunity on June 11th to take profits and immediately sell them when they reach a profit. after that behold the big magic will happen again for the Doge.

And if btc will stay below 40k, I don't think doge will be pumped up to $1. But as you said, this case is not impossible to happen. And if coinbase will finally list doge, it may jump from its current price but not too much. So if the OP wants to take a risk and want to earn even lil bit of profits, he can still buy doge right now. But that is on him. As mk4 said, coinbase listing alone will not pump it to 140% price range.

Coinbase confirm the listing for DOGE so it’s not a rumor anymore and that’s why its price goes up again. $1 is possible to happen in time considering the hype on DOGE and Elon is still not leaving DOGE behind, watch out closely and if you have DOGE better to set-up your selling price and enjoy the ride for up and down with DOGE.

That's usually what's going to happen. When there are news about listing of Dogecoin or any cryptocurrency into a common exchange, before the trading day comes, the price will pump.

And when the actual day comes, the dump comes. Yeah, that's easy.

The crypto market runs on such rumors, it would be a good time to remind yourself why you got into DOGE in the first place. Was it because some millionaire celeb told you to buy it or did you have a specific reason to believe that it will go up in price?

Listed or not listed on coinbase is not the point here. That would have a temporary positive effect on the price, correct but the long term value for holding in your case depends on your reason as I asked above. If you have a logical reason and you believe that to be correct then by all means dont sell at this time. But if you are second guessing yourself, put that mental stress away once and for all and sell in case the price rises beyond your buying price.

There is no need to burden yourself with such questions as long as your mindset behind buying that coin is sound. This is also the reason why one should never listen to others to trade but make decisions by themselves.

I honestly would stay away from Doge tbh. it's just a coin with a foundation built from literally a man's tweet. Even if we do consider the community trying to actively support it, it's actually, on the other hand, the community wanting to devour each other to profit. You could profit for a bit I suppose when coinbase lists it on their exchange, but that's it. I hardly doubt it'd even have that much of a long-term effect.  Being listed on coinbase isn't such a monumental achievement that Doge would suddenly have that tag of being a priceless coin because of it after all.

In the end, it's still up to you ngl. The end story is that Doge may go up with the coinbase news, but it'll go down immediately if it actually went up. It wouldn't go down though, so you can try it out and just set up a stop loss so you can avoid losses.

if i were you probably i will prefer to hold because if they listing on coinbase surely doge will pump the price and excess more, infact that's what always happen as well in some projects wherein after listing they achieved new value afterwards. And also i suggest to try to use google if you want more information about that news because seems not just rumors mate in my personal opinion wherein looks legit..

if i were you probably i will prefer to hold because if they listing on coinbase surely doge will pump the price and excess more, infact that's what always happen as well in some projects wherein after listing they achieved new value afterwards.

The pumping usually happens right at the announcement of the listing, not at the direct listing itself. The behavior can be observed quite nicely in the listing of Cardano on Coinbase, for example:



The first arrow points to the date of the announcement, the second to the actual listing time (March 19). I expect a similar scenario for Doge, so the big pump should already be over.

In any case, anyone who wants to invest in Doge should take 5 minutes and look at the token distribution and also look very closely at how many new Doge are printed per day.
