Thanks

What actually happens when it "goes offline"? Have you checked the server logs? Your host sounds lazy and/or incompetent if their response is "I don't know".

Yes, this is the first thing that you should check your server logs. Or your end, you might want to check your plug-ins as well. So most probably a server issue to me and not Wordpress per se. And your saying that the host doesn't know what's going on? Lol, would advise you to switch hosting service. Do your own research and find a decent to good hosting that really gives support to their customer.

It hasn't gone down in the past 24 hours. I'll be sure that has been resolved after 72 hours. Thanks.

Thanks guys for the help. I'll be updating you after 3 days if the issue has been resolved after I deactivated several plugins. Sorry I wasn't replying to comments. I was just trying out the suggestions and did what Dave suggested. Let's see how it goes. Thanks again.

Possible reasons: 1- Server-side error 2- SSL Error 3- Infected Plugins 4- Infected Theme 5- DNS issue The solution in ascending order: 1- Deactive SSL inf secured is active, if you don't have SSL try to activate it, you can get Free SSL from a different website, Cloudflare is recommended. 2- Deactivate plugins one by one and check if the issue is resolved or not. One deactivation of a plugin if the issue is resolved means the last deactivated plugin has some issue. delete that plugin. 3- Change the Theme and Delete the existing theme and check if the issue is resolved. 4- Check DNS, and make sure that there is no issue connecting hosting with the domain. 5- If above all doesn't work you should change your server. Move your site to new hosting and your issue will be resolved.

Websites go down for a variety of reasons. The site may have been attacked and targeted by hackers or a DDoS attack or perhaps its primary provider has suffered a glitch or outage. And sometimes the servers are overloaded, and all the websites go down at once. Most commonly, they are overloaded with traffic or simply encountered a large spike in web traffic. These are just a few of the likely culprits.

You seem to have confused our forum with the web development forum... We're discussing BTC here...

Thanks everyone for your inputs. The 503 ERROR is still occuring even though I've deactivated most, not all the plugins. I'm doing it one by one to identify the culprit, if it's a plugin.

Thanks. Even though I do not understand all these, I'll work towards them as soon as I'm done with the plugins.

Thanks everyone for your inputs. The 503 ERROR is still occuring even though I've deactivated most, not all the plugins. I'm doing it one by one to identify the culprit, if it's a plugin.
Deactivating all plugins on the website is the best way to find out if any of them are causing issues. It is also a good idea to temporarily deactivate the custom WordPress theme and switch back to the default one. When the error is gone, you can then begin activating each one to find out which one is problematic. If the error persists after deactivating the plugins and themes, you may wish to contact your hosting provider as they will be able to resolve the issue more effectively. If your provider is unwilling to help, it might be a good idea to find a new one. The 503 service unavailable error occurs when your web server is unable to get a proper response from a PHP script. This PHP script could be a WordPress plugin, a theme, or a misbehaving custom code snippet. https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-503-service-unavailable-error-in-wordpress/
