I think Shiba Inu will list soon on Coinbase, after Coinbase listing news price will be at moon. If you want to buy you can buy now but must try it on your own risk. I have kept it for long term.

My answers to all your questions are Yes/No/Maybe because I'm not a fortune teller. You will probably get price predictions from random/anonymous people on twitter but do not believe what they say without actually reading about Shib. I wouldn't recommend buying meme tokens but crypto is crazy.

To be sincere no one can correctly tell you what the future of SHIB token will be because the market works in a different way. Nevertheless, in my own opinion, SHIB have gotten more recognition after it was donated to a charity organizations by VB, thus it shows that, in as much as most people will regard it as a shitcoin but it has played a good role towards a better world. In the same way, I think SHIB token will most likely last long term, I mean, if Doge can do so after a long time, SHIB stand a chance of doing so and it will also be possible if only the team will be focused and serious about their developments.
Lastly, price predictions of tokens is a tough task, many things plays out in this market which affects token price, therefore my opinion is, invest with your spare and lock it up in a private wallet let the market have its way.

Maybe you need some patience so that you can at least recover your losses.  The value might decrease but if you have not sold your token yet, there is still a chance for your token to recover its value.  I see their developer working hard and I see that there are several projects ahead that can support the value of SHIB if the DEV intended to.  I bought in the early days so even when the price decline in the past days, I am still at a profit.  But of course, I would not advice OP to buy the token if he has no patience.   With a huge supply, I think the price OP asked will take years to realize.

There's only going to be one dog and meme that shall reign in the crypto market. And that's no other than Dogecoin but the same might happen to Shiba Inu where most of us say that there's no long term growth on it. But just as Dogecoin that has been considered as a memecoin for a long time did some amazing run. I didn't had time to ride those pumps but am happy to see people who had enjoyed the entire run. And in the future, even if there will be no Elon Musk or any influential person that will pump the token, you should have invested to a better coin if you're for the long term. If you have spare money and you want to invest on it and hoping for some gains, don't expect the same run will happen on it just as what happened earlier, a few months ago.

How do you know that their developer is working hard on SHIB? Because their thread here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5265926.0, seems abandoned. Though I'm not following any of their social media channels. Do you happen to know what they are cooking for SHIB holders? They are in the top 28 now, and we all know, attaining such spot is really hard for other coins/tokens. And yet, this newcomer made it to that spot. But how long can they sustain such position?

I don't know about others but I have misgivings about buying theseeme coins/tokens. Dogecoin was a one off because it has accumulated a huge community and following over the years, don't know about Shiba Inu

I have never really looked into Shibecoin but what does Shibecoin offer that Dogecoin doesn't offer? Am I mistaken here or is it just another puppy coin that is lucky to be able to jump on the bandwagon of Dogecoin?

SHIB token is a good project but I am not very interested in investing. This altcoins pumped over 100 times even maximum supply is unknown. Now I think I shouldn't wait until 2022 to make a profit. Even though I don't buy any altcoins during any hype, like now running Dogecoin or SHIB token. We can earn more profit if we waste our time on research. Although you don't have time to do research during bullrun.

The only thing you should consider is where is SHIBA listed, the exchange where a coin is trading determines the future of that coin, there are some good project out there, that got listed on low volatile exchange resulting to many sell order and little buy order.
SHIBA is lucky enough to get listed on Binance, a high reputable and number one world largest crypto exchange and some people are still thinking that SHIBA will die off., everyone knew SHIBA has no use case but just one of these meme coins

Get as many quantity of SHIBA as you want and keep it for long term, that's it and nothing else, don't forget SHIBA is laughing her decentralized market for trading other coins, won't that helps SHIBA growth in the future?

i don;t think shib will repeat what dogecoin did. in as much as Dogecoin looks promising and getting listed on coinbase, that does not change the fact that it is a shit coin for meme. 50% of dogecoin is been controlled by few persons. whenever they choose to dump. dogecoin will fall flat just like any other centralized token.same can be said of shibu inu and safemoon. i will never advise anyone to invest in such projects.

if you wanna ask my opinion my friend Shiba Inu is good investment project for short and medium term, i would not suggest for long term hodl since this coin is just a new coin we never know how many years will it take to survive in cryptospace. With the current value of 0.000009895 will really just hope to reach that $ 0.01 by the end of 2022.

What is your goal to buy SHIB? If you want to hold SHIB for a long-term holding, it is not recommended. I think SHIB isn't much different with Doge, the price is increasing because of the hype only. Just stay away to buy such coins for long-term investment. We don't know how long this coin to survive at a good performance. It can be delisted someday because it has no strong fundamentals to improve. You are better to buy top altcoins like ETH, BNB, or DOT if the goal is a long-term holding. While if you buy SHIB for trading, I think you can do it as long as you know how to take advantage of the hype in SHIB token.

$SHIBA chart tells me that you can buy it IF you are GREED and are a gambler. Although, it can give you a bounce and profit, if I were you, I would wait for lower price to join. I think it will be safer if I wait for a new lower low compares to the latest lows it dumped to.

The lower lows will give you a stronger bounce and possibly better profit together with lower risk. Lower risk is more important.
I agree with @kawetsriyanto that $SHIBA is very risky for long term holding. It is not an investment in any way. It is a speculation or gamble.
