Ensure you put the correct keywords in the description of each videos. Later on start promoting on all social media, your friends group and if people like the content it will start floating quickly with other groups.

It depends on what type of videos you are interested. I would recommend to go for a small area which you really enjoy. If you like cooking for example and just start making videos about your favourite receipts then eventually people will start watching your videos. The only problem here is that followers are not so large. If you like taking there are probably more viewers.

actually it is not about the goodness of the content but the Viral it can be, More youtubers nowadays try to trick viewers and eventually manage to become having tons of followers and viewers.

But make sure that you will not use Negative videos because that can be a reason for banning your account.

Yes, exactly. People think promoting their videos that way helps them, but networks like YouTube are too smart for that these days. You post into a few FB groups and get a bunch of 1 second views, and it ends up hurting you more than helping you. Post good quality contents

Post the videos regularly, it may be one video every day or two videos per week but keep that as a constant posting schedule.

Find your niche then the audience will follow.

Remember that you are not going to get a million views in your first video itself unless you are a celebrity already in the cinema field.
