If you picked around 1 sat/byte, it could be possible for the nodes to removed it, since you said that you transacted two weeks ago. What wallet are you using? You still own your money, they shouldn't be moved.
Conflicted Transactions generally refer to the double spending of the same amount of bitcoin. It generally happens when you send two transactions into the block for the same BTC
