hi guys , i'm newbie  , i have a few PC machines left at home , i5 gen3 chip , 4gb ram , can i run the plot HDD , i plan to buy an HDD and rent out plots , then bring it back to run.

It's a little hard to understand your question, but yes, you can make the plots on a HDD, it's slower than SSDs, but possible
Here I make plots on my SSD and takes 6 hours, with my HDD 7200rpm takes 14 hours

You can mine solo, and I recommend at least 100Tb to have good chances to find blocks, or you can try Hpool to mine in a pool

If you wait some weeks, official pools will release, and this pools will use portable plots, a different plot than we have now.

Meaning that miners will have to replot from scratch again? Chia sucks in some areas lol, anyways it's better to wait till official pool gets here, that's what I'm doing presently, and since you have to start plotting all over again there is no point going for solo mining right now

Network is growing so fast by the time pools open your rewards will be garbage.  I'm farming and plotting on Hpool to hopefully make my money back before rewards are garbage.  I'm plotting around 10TB a day and my rewards stay the same due to network growth, lol.

Unfortunately yes, you'll have to replot again if you want to mine in official pools
The longer it goes without official pools, the worse it gets, I don't think people will leave hpool
