Nowadays, the problem is that more and more sites require a kyc, again this has everything to do with the laws and regulations in the country where the casino is licensed. They can't always do everything about it.
The only advantage should be that this process only needs to be completed once. Then you shouldn't have to worry about it.

Are you referring to the Daily Races (every 4 hours) with 0.0005BTC as the main reward for the 1st winner and some free spins for the other winners? As a gambler, I do not see it as an attractive tournament. It is a wagering contest, but the prize is too small, I'm quite sure most gamblers wont be attracted with this races. I know you have just started, but I think you should spend more for your tournament and promotions, at least make it competitive to what is offered/provided by other casinos.

He's new to the forum, so it's common for those kinds of mistakes to be made. It is good that they are made aware of this. The site doesn't look bad, I'm especially curious about player experiences, players will especially value a smooth process that payouts are processed quickly. Instant payouts don't seem to work anywhere, but if the payouts are processed in a realistic time frame, that's the most important thing.
