I would suggest you elaborate the issue a bit? From what I can see your YouTube video is private? Also if the balance is visible in your account how is that you cannot use it? Isn't it showing when you sell/transfer it? Have you checked for any open orders? Try clicking cancel all orders from the order book a couple of times. Chances are it might have been stuck there.

So you are trying to exchange BNB to BTC?
Do you see the error under BNB box when trying to convert them from BNB to BTC?
It means that if you want to convert them into BTC you need a minimum of 0.05BNB you only have 0.01853403BNB so it didn't work because you didn't reach the minimum of 0.05BNB.
If you want to exchange them into BTC I would suggest you go to trading classic or advanced to exchange them or exchange BNB to USDT/BUSD then buy BTC.

Yes, this is the reason why you can't convert directly your BNB to BTC because you are below their minimum requirement. You can even see it below the tab - minimum amount - 0.05. As suggested by BitMaxz, you can convert it to USDT/BUSD first, however, check if there is a requirement of min of 10USDT equivalent amount of your trade (usually this is the min limit in binance). Because at the current rate of BNB, you only have about 7USD worth of BNB. So it seems, it may not go thru also even converting it to USDT first.

If you look carefully at the video (Wallet Overview) OP actually has 2.49 BNB in the spot wallet. When he tried to convert it, he suddenly has 0.0185 BNB only that's available for conversion which is even way below the minimum. Question is where's the Rest of the BNB that was shown to be in the spot wallet?

Have you tried logging out of your account and logging in after? And try also to check your trade history to check recent transactions if that BNB is involved. I haven't tried Binance having bug like this, maybe a browser bug? Try also clearing the browser cache or use another browser.

@OP, do you get the same error when you use Binance app? What about when you try to withdraw all your BNB tokens, do you get 2.4 or only 0.01bnb? Not sure but it looks like the famous "Insufficient balance" bug which was supposed to be fixed a long time ago! That bug is temporary and you should be able to exchange your tokens by now. If the problem persists, try to open an order and cancel it before it gets filled and see if it solves the problem. If nothing works, you'll have to contact the customer support to look into it.

The youtube video turns to private again I can't watch the video to check where you see the 2.49 BNB. Anyway, if that's the case if it's only wallet overview it means all wallets not only on spot wallet but can be also on other wallets like p2p or maybe in BNB vault or invested on flexible saving. Op must change the video to the public again so that I can check it again if it's a total amount of BNB on the overview dashboard or it's only on the spot wallet.

Check your BNB is on hold like you already created a trade order but its still in the pending status so either you need to cancel the trade or wait until the trade completes or else it maybe in their p2p wallet or other investment schemes. I can't see the video as well because it is in private.

I do not think that this "Serious bug" includes everyone because this platform is famous and the occurrence of this loophole will mean that many cases will occur and not an individual case. Therefore, either the error on your part is that you did not understand how the platform works, or it is an internal error from the platform, and then the support team will solve that problem. The community cannot help you with this problem, especially since you do not provide detailed information and the video above is private.

Why don't you contact Binance support first? I think they'll be happy to help if it's really a bug. Not sure why you would ask online how to solve a bug (if it's true) since we don't have any power to solve it. At best, we'll just ask you to report to their support. Btw, check your wallet details. Maybe your fund is allocated on other wallets as others mentioned above. It's a common practice for exchanges to use multiple wallets nowadays.

Since I can still access the video Let me post some screenshots highlighting the problem BNB under wallet overview BNB amount when he tries to convert it Anyway, if that's the case if it's only wallet overview it means all wallets not only on spot wallet but can be also on other wallets like p2p or maybe in BNB vault or invested on flexible saving.
Under wallet overview, all other wallets have 0 balance. it's only Spot and fiat wallet with funds.

What happened now OP? Already tried converting on the Market directly instead (thru trades) and not using the Convert function?
If yes but still can't work it out , then the only one who can answer you is their support.
Maybe a technical bug on your account but not that serious actually since the right balance is still showing. It's just that you can't use the Convert feature as your BNB is showing less as what is supposed to be.

Also don't think you lose your money since I'm sure your money is there maybe you just need to find a solution so that all your balance will show up to your account.

Unfortunately their support is very slow of late. Don't use livechat, just create a ticket or write an email to them with all the details of the problem. Their Livechat is the slowest I have ever witnessed. Have you tried withdrawing BNB to see if all of it appears in the withdrawal box?

Once you create the support ticket in fact, you just need to reply to it in email and they return to you within hours. Haven't used them much actually but a few months back never got their confirmation email (which you need for withdrawal pin) and then they fixed it in the same hour. Live Support always sucks for most exchanges but ticketing! That's usually good.

But you can still use the live chat to follow up your case or support ticket.
I actually got ahold of someone in the live chat after waiting 2-3 hours which is an okay time for me. I say it depends on you luck, like when there is less ppl than usual, it'll be easier. This ofc doesn't mean it's fine to not open a support ticket as that is still their priority and you have less chance of losing your place in the queue there.
