Binance 0,1%
Kraken 0 to 0,26%
Cex.io 0 to 0,25%
Bitstamp 0,05 to 5%
Poloniex 0 to 0,125%

but some of them you can only get low fee if you trade a hug amount

Not sure here anyone would provide a list except a listing agent. But I believe that exchange list on coinmarketcap with the lowest volume or liquidity will charge you a very light listing fee. You should contact their support for exact pricing.

This space for rent.

You can start with the pseudo-decentralized exchanges, they usually charge little to no fee, check this list: https://www.coingecko.com/en/dex

Also check this slightly outdated thread which list exchanges and its listing fee: Crypto exchanges comparison [trade fee + listing fee + age + mobile app + more!] just note that the 'free' in big exchanges would for sure require you to have a solid community so if you're just starting and looking to list in centralized exchanges, target the small markets first and gradually climb up.
