I have heard that is a rather complex game, not like poker which in a way is about odds and relatively well known and studied. Such a complex game would require a substantial effort in implementation and has the problem that you would need to educate a robot to play on behalf of several users until you have enough of a userbase to launch it on standalone. I guess this is only worth if there is plenty of people willing to play the game. Is this very popular in China?
It's easy to learn, the ranks are based on poker and you just need to put your best build in the lowest deck in your hand and try to arrange for other ranks in your middle and upper deck.

According to the website above, Chinese Poker is quite popular in Asia not just the Philippines. Each of them has their own names for that game, Sap Sam Cheung/ in Vietnam and Luosong Pai Jiu in China. In the Philippines, it is commonly known as Pusoy.
You are absolutely right about its name in Vietnam  Cheesy It's nice that you can come up with this information just by searching. In short, this is a fairly popular game in Vietnam, however, it is not popular on betting sites, not even on any crypto casinos in Vietnam. As for the OP's needs, I think it's hard to do, unless he does a search through the source in China, since only that country has casinos that offer Chinese Poker.

^ Definitely right, even in terminology, in each country they had different terminology that they used, you say (call) and also the (bet).
But why you did not find any games that something profitable than you currently failed. If I were you, just find another way and analyze that you will be paid. Nevertheless, it needs for you to study which gambling site has good to pick to us.

I used to play the game before, it is prevalent in our province and it is still being played now. I mean it is entertaining to play and definitely good playing with your friends and workmates after a hard day's night. Sadly, this card game is not as popular as Texas hold'em Poker and with that this is not really talked about in the cities. So I guess the answer to your question is that there might not be a website that has this kind of game and I don't think it will be popular enough to have its gambling websites.

I won't say that it is not popular because it is a go to game in my country when there's cards besides Tong-its in any events but mostly funeral and gatherings. It's just a matter of what game we have grown with and to say that it's unpopular isn't a valid thing.

Does anyone know a crypto-gambling site that offers a game called Chinese Poker?

This is not your typical and usual Poker game. More information here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_poker

Want to test my skills in a gambling site, with an actual money on risk, as I only played with no-risk on some poker game apps.

- The site should be paying even it's not popular.
- Players are verified to be real and we are sure weren't against a robot.
Like the majority of answers , there is nothing yet offering for Pusoy in crypto betting but if you will push it together with many Filipino(in which i believe that this is popularize, because the chinese variants are different from this) so there can be possibilities that one day there will be a site that offers this to anyone.
I have heard that is a rather complex game, not like poker which in a way is about odds and relatively well known and studied. something like that mate, i guess this must be upgraded to be familiarized for the whole world and not just asian.

if it is so popular there should be some on-line opportunities to play in asian on-line casinos. I am not really familiar with the regulations and the casinos, but my assumption is that you would need to understand the local language to play? Anyway, I am interested in learning about this so keep on looking and report if you find something useful. The game itself seems know to everyone but me Wink

...//...:

It is the same poker, only that it is played for points and to each point you assign a value "$, BTC, etc", depending on the type of hand, you earn points and depending on the version that is played bonus points are assigned, e.g. how to win the three lines (base, middle and top).

You receive 13 letters that you must organize in the best way:
(Top)3 cards
(middle)5 cards
(base)5 cards

The upper value should never be better than the lower one, the trio is the best combination at the top.

That's the traditional version, which was not really very popular. And in fact it didn't even exist online.

Over time a variant of poker became popular when some of the most famous poker professionals started playing with each other, but a version called OFCP (Open Face Chinese Poker) would start to be available online.

That initial version OFCP you receive five cards, later on you receive one at a time and you must be accommodating to form the best hands that beat your opponent. Both players can see what moves your opponent is trying to make.

The game grew due to the contribution of the same professional players who added variations in the bonuses and in the rules.

Thus arises perhaps the most popular and is the one I like OFCP Pinneaple available on SWC, with this version you receive 3 cards at a time instead of one and discard one.

This version is so new that it only exists online for a few years but it has existed offline for at least 10 years (OFCP) and it is not of Chinese origin, although it is based on traditional Chinese poker.

According to wikipedia, his invention is credited to a Russian professional player, but according to gossip from hallways in poker clubs, the only thing he did was gather the contributions of different very famous professional players and credit himself for the entire value of the information provided.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open-face_Chinese_poker
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_poker

The OFCP version should definitely be more popular outside of China, although whatever is played with cards the Chinese always come first.  Smiley

There are online site that has Pusoy or chinese poker available but OP's question is if there are crypto gambling site that has offering bets for this and that is the problem here.
because as i am searching for couple of days already and finding nothing at all.
Maybe as we are speaking here there are plans from other site that needs to be implemented .

Thanks for the detailed explanation! I played Chinese poker only once, at SwC, maybe a year ago... even back then it was hard to see players on Chinese, Stud, Pineapple,  and Short Deck tables! Today, it's probably like a mission impossible!

I have played Chinese poker in its different variants in SWC and a site in which if I have time that I do not play coinpoker.

But the traffic is very low if not to say that it is practically zero, well if you can get someone but they will only play a few points and they disappear.

Yup, I played Chinese poker there too but mostly play the open face, pineapple version.  It’s sad cos there’s not much traffic at SWC and it’s getting worse today..  Even at the lowest stakes.  The lowest stakes should be the first to get aggressive development in a poker economy imho.

... and it's getting worse! I just opened SwC, except few Hold'em tables all others are empty! And it's terrible with tournaments too, looks like only freerolls are being played...

It's probably a lot of Asians in the gambling board, most likely Filipinos who have grown and play this game, either as past time with families (similar to US, wherein families play poker), or play with someone with bets in the middle.

There are casinos that offer this as far as I know, but only few are playing like in SwC, so even if many Asians knows this game, they still prefer to play it offline.

This is very common as well in my place, almost every day you'll people playing this card game even right now when you go outside your own people are playing because this is indeed a good card game, easy to understand and play and yes easy to make money. Chinese poker are only popular in the traditional way, I don't know any crypto gambling site that offer this game, though this is a great addition to their platform and since many gamblers are from Asia, this could be a good market.

Same with both of you, I still see my neighbors play this game.  Very popular to our community,

As being played by locals either friends or relatives who's finding relaxations and just the same with rich people who are doing

social gatherings, not sure as well if this kind of game will include to any popular crypto gambling site unless part of the team who knows how the game works will add it up and start advertising the game.

Want to test my skills in a gambling site, with an actual money on risk, as I only played with no-risk on some poker game apps.

- The site should be paying even it's not popular.
- Players are verified to be real and we are sure weren't against a robot.

I like pusoy a lot and honestly, I didn't know that it was originated in China. I was just playing it with my friends and in a game app but I haven't tried playing it in Casino sites. I just hope that they would consider adding this game so other people would recognize that it's really entertaining. Other Nationalities aren't familiar with it yet so I guess that's the reason why most gambling sites don't offer this kind of game.

Chinese Poker or Pusoy is the most interesting four player and thirteen card game app, and is becoming popular in the Asian Community today.
I can play with my loved ones or with family and friends, and also give out unlimited free chips that will never run out of money to play, and I think Pusoy is an interesting game to fill my spare time, and initially confusing or a bit complicated and but over time it can be understood.

If this is the Chinese Poker (Pusoy) that OP is referring to, then I have indeed played several games of this one in the past. This is one interesting game which is quite quick. If I am not mistaken, there is no need to draw a card or two or to even put community cards on the table. What you will receive are all the 13 cards which is dealt once and you would arrange it in such a way that the bottom 5 is the strongest. Sadly, I have never encountered this kind of poker online.

I think most people who play Chinese Poker are probably Asians and mostly Filipinos because I have seen this game in a lot of gatherings and illegal gambling houses. This is probably a staple game in funerals in the Philippines.

Do you think that China's ban on crypto-related activities in the near future will affect gambling activities like this? It is clear that Chinese Poker will only be popular in China and now, it is being restricted anymore, which will cause the gambling market to drop heavily. I don't think there are any non-Chinese casinos that offer Chinese poker to their customers  Cheesy

Do you believe these multi-million industry will gonna drop heavily just because of a one specific game?
I might believe you if most of the game will be restricted from playing in casinos but who gave them permission to stop using it and why would they have to restrict using chinese poker in the first place?

You are talking nonsense although, every gambling games have their own different variation so they can't just stop someone from using it because it has their name on it.

There are probably crypto casinos that offer Chinese poker. I've read here that SWC used to offer this poker variant but then it was unfortunate that almost none plays it so that's probably the reason why it is taken down from the platform. But this has nothing to do with the Chinese government's take on crypto activities. Chinese poker is being played in other parts of the world. And the game is not owned by China.

Crypto gambling is not dependent on the Chinese market so there won't be any drop.
