I didn't fully understand the question but to answer if a user can make a transaction even without a backup, yes of course as long as the wallet is currently logged in on that device. And besides, you can check your recovery phrase if you are currently logged on Trustwallet so even you don't take note of it, you can check it if you want to log your wallet to other devices but for security, it's a must to take note of it.

If there's something I didn't understand, you can clarify it to me.

The danger is possible if you share that information to unsafe sites, I have not had any problems on sites where I share wallet information, but many people have that's the problem. Stay vigilant and thoroughly check all sites where you share personal information.

There's no way to enter into the wallet when you didn't have any back up for your wallet. that being said that if you have been loosing the access to your wallet permanently when you have no seed phrase to access your wallet. This is the same like when you created a wallet but you have no access on your wallet.
It will be lost forever.

Because some people are extremely careless with everything, even with something as important as their private keys, it is hard to believe but we can't rule out the fact it is a possibility, you never know where people store their keys or what kind of apps they have installed on their device that could result to a loss or a hack on their wallet, the probability that most hacked issues are because of negligence is much higher.

if he loses the private key and phrase, then it is very difficult or even no way to recover it, as far as I know. but what does that have to do with getting hacked? if you get hacked, even if you have a phrase or private key, the assets in your wallet will run out. however, I've experienced it because of a phishing site.

that's seems unbelievable based on scenario you mentioned,if you know HD wallet principle such mnemonic is used to generate the private key and if even the owner of the wallet doesn't have any idea whats his mnemonic is, then I doubt any hacker could just come up with some random made up words and access the wallet.
Some people might always trying to say that their wallets got hacked out of the blue without doing anything phishy but who knows the real scenario right?

Making transactions using the wallet only needs the password so yes you can make transactions. The only time that you need the seed phrase is when you want to recover the wallet.

But if someone says my wallet is hacked, I'm not sure I would believe it unless the funds are already gone. I may have to check the blockchain for maybe the wallet just got some issues that coins are not appearing on the wallet.

Possible, you have to understand that there are a lot of newbies in this ecosystem. They just think of creating a wallet, not backing their phrases, or writing it down and saving it online. If the later is the case, then obviously, they can be hack, hence they will lost the money in whatever wallet they have.

That's why there is a learning curve here, and I would say that it's better to experience this first hand, so that you will know what to do in the future. And we all know that there are a lot of ways that the hackers can steal from us specially if we are not very very careful.

to be honest, don't think there's any, the only way to sign a transaction is through using private key but there's always two sides in a story. big chance though, his phone might have security vulnerability, there's this rumour going around few weeks ago if i remember correctly that said there is vulnerability in apple's ipad that somehow allow some third party app to access the key stored in that device but i don't really get what's the vulnerability really is as it's just a rumour without concrete proof.

Very possible if the trust wallet was linked to a scam website that looks like uniswap or pancakeswap, private keys can only be lost if connect to fake websites or copied to mail that has no strong password, all in all it depends entirely on the user themselves

sounds fishy but could happen   Cry. when it comes to software like this we get so many exploits open for the hackers to explore and there is too many thing you need to take care of

but the fault is not in the blockchain or cryptocurrency itself certainly, a person could got their private key exposed because filling up some suspicious form and shout in the public that they didn't do nothing.
that's why in case like this you need more investigation otherwise you will never get the real things that happening behind the curtain. because if the hacker could get other people account so randomly like that why even use
all the complicated cryptographic process.

For me I don't ever think a wallet can be hacked, most especially trust wallet, damn their security is really strong and can't be bridged. The only way a scammer or hacker can get access to someone's wallet is if the owner of the wallets shares his private keys with the hacker that's the only way the hacker can get rid of their earnings or do what ever he wants with the account, but if it's the case of hacking through directly I don't believe that. The person must have misplaced his keys.

If you use a reputable and secure wallet app then no one can access your wallet and steal your coins unless he has the seed/private keys or the file wallet needed to recover it.
I've read many articles (mostly on reddit) from trust wallet's users complaining about their coins being stolen but in most of those cases it appears it's the user's fault. They either enter their credentials on phishing websites or save the wallet backup files non encrypted on online storage where hackers can easily get access to it.
Don't believe everything you read on the Internet. Trust wallet is one of the most reliable wallets just make sure you have a backup of the seed saved in a safe place and always update the app to the latest version.

Sometimes there are smart contracts that when we have connected with a wallet address we can take something valuable in it, therefore do not carelessly connect your address with a new project whose quality is not yet clear.
That's right, because connecting a wallet address with a new project that is not clear will be very risky to lose assets that are already in our wallet, so research is needed before we connect any wallet address with a new project at this time.

...is there a way to enter his wallet and make transactions without even having the back up phrase?

Yes sure, absolutely NOT!
How it can be possible access to a wallet without private keys? It's something impossible from the scratch.
if these informations are not saved, coins are lost (or "making the other coins worth slightly more Wink " quote SN)

About hacking wallets, there are also trojan able to change the address during copy/paste... it's not just a matter of losing or using in a wrong website, there is also the device with some risks...

If you happen to be that person with lost seed phrase - and you have active time on it- try sending what you have there into another wallet that you must have corrected the issue of seed phase on and safely kept.
Crypto-currency crime shouldn't. Also I like the way you asked your question, but if you own a wallet you think/suspected has been hacked, don't ask everyone especially those who trys solution with private questions detail. I don't know if you have been caught by a virus or hacked, but if you lose a seed phase, then there is heavy impossibilities you get it back.

Since i joined the crypto world i didnt face any problem regrading wallets but i see that many people lose funds...somtimes the situation is normal like when somone share his private key or back up phrase in a scam website...but lets imagine that somone open a nwe wallet on trust and start using it without even keeping the phrase...is there a way to enter his wallet and make transactions without even having the back up phrase?

The first thing that your gonna need to access your wallet is the seed phrase or private key to access your wallet act like a password to your wallet, no other way to access your wallet if you don't have the key.

Some people think that their wallet is hacked without the private key but most of the time what happened is the hacker gets access to your private key by doing phishing etc. and with that, the hacker will have access to your wallet. Unless the hacker has a phishing application or your device is already accessed by the hacker they could pretty much find a way to access your wallet at that point.

Still, I've been using trust wallet for a long time and doesn't experience any problem especially in security so I don't think you will have any problem as well as long as your device is safe and your careful.

Well, that is the reason why we should take care of our wallet seed phrase at all time and save it in a safe place and keep in mind never store them in your computer and it should be in a sheet of paper that can store offline. Because most crypto wallet has a private key that our responsibility is to protect them, not unless if this is a custodial wallet which is there is no private key, just a verifications email/phone, and the password.
However, Trustwallet is a trusted wallet for how many years, they had to build a good reputation and I don't think their developer and team will do stupidity that can ruin their reputation.
