No, TRON network is not compatible with Metamask. Metamask is specially made for using with Ethereum network but as BSC network is compatible with Ethereum format and addresses, BSC chain and it's token could be used with Metamask with a workaround. Tron follows a different blockchain and address format and has it's own set of wallets and extensions.

metamask is a browser extension, if you want to use dapps you can use TRONLINK as that's for TRON. if the team however can make an update to metamask where TRC assets can be stored there is nothing wrong with that. its going to be convenient for crypto users for they can import all their assets to just one browser extension that's a good development.

Can someone tell me how to run Tron network on metamask wallet or this isn't possible? Since RSK mainnet and BSC are possible on metamask why not Tron so before doing anything stupid that's why I think I should ask you guys
Tron Network is different and has no resemblance to Ethereum that's why it is not supported on Metamask yet, while the RSK, Polygon, BSC, and others are an identical copy of Ethereum because their codes are base on Ethereum thats why their address started in 0x, By the way, dont make things more complicated just choose another wallet that supports Tron network any other than Metamask. the good one is the Trust wallet, Imtoken, Tokenpocket and many more.

I am afraid that no, you can't. Metamask doesn't support this chain. When you send tokens that are not supported on this chain or exchange you just lose them. And you can return them only when this token appears on it. And to send from one chain to another you need bridges, but do not just send your coins. As there is no support neither on Metamask nor on the Tron chain, you can't even ask for help. It is always your responsibility.

As far as I know you can use the Tron chain only in wallets like Trust wallet and Tron link. Metamask doesn't support this chain. On Metamask you can work only with chains that are connected with Ethereum. For example BSC or Polygon that is a sidechain upon Ethereum. You could notice that the address on your Metamask starts with 0x, and it suits all these chains. But in Tron your address starts with TV, so no connection to Metamask.

Its designed that way considering that Metamask is erc20 based then crossing in other chains is possible but i dont know why they havent crossed out on TRX network. It would be actually good if it would be possible but for now then deal on things on what it is.

Before we tell a long story about the Mainnet, actually Ethereum and BSC have something in common. Similarity in the number of wallet addresses, similarity in private keys. You can receive BSC tokens in your Ethereum wallet without changing anything. Take the Ethereum private key, import it into the Trust Wallet, immediately display the BSC token. Changed mainnet to be able to display BSC based tokens on the metamask platform. And of course metamask does not support the Tron network, which is of course different in many ways.

[SOLVED]Hi, just like you here I also transferred TRX to Metamask and I was scared to learn that it didn't support the TRON network. Okay. But you can recover your TRX by following these steps: 1) Go to https://bscscan.com/2) Copy the address from your Metamask wallet and paste it into the search site https://bscscan.com/Click on the address of your wallet that will appear. 3) In "TOKEN" you will see an arrow to click. Click on it and there will be your TRX. Click on it! 4) Now, under "Profile Summary" you will see: Contract: Decimals: ... Copy the contract!5) Go to Metamask and click Add Token! 6) Enter the contract you copied and that's it. You now have TRX in your Metamask. Recommended site: https://academy.binance.com/en/articles/how-to-recover-crypto-transferred-to-the-wrong-network-on-binanceI hope I helped you.

Tron has its own derivatives in terms of its network and I believed it's only running all alone on its network which cannot be link with metamask. Don't try to do this on your metamask, there's a lot of wallet app that can be downloaded in order to run tron network, compatibility issue is a must here. Please follow what's recommended and don't try to make it possible when there's a technical issue behind it.

Someone has been creating a good post for you but if that was coming from the native chain of tron and you're loosing it but in this case i know that if you are transferring the tron BSC to the metamask. that means your tron is still getting stored in your BSC wallet. Just try to change your network to the BSC and then add the contract. You will able to see whether your tron was in your wallet or not. You can also check it on the bscscan

Well metamask is not supported Tron Network, only ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon and etc.. How about install Tronlink wallet, it's easy to use it's like a metamask wallet or you can try trust wallet because both Eth and Tron network are supported in this wallet.
That's right, for the Tron wallet there are only two good options, namely the use of the Tronlink application and also Trustwallet which both support the Tron wallet so there is no need to use Metamask anymore for support.

The tron network is not supported by Metamask. Only BEP20, ERC20, Matic Network, Harmony, and a few others are supported. For your Q, I didn't get any of the facts right. If you're looking for a multichain wallet, Trust Wallet is a good option because it supports all networks.

The Metamask wallet now only supports the BSC network for BEP20 tokens, Ethereum for ERC20 tokens, Polygon, Harmony, and Avalanche. Metamask does not currently support the TRON network. For TRC20 tokens, we can utilize personal wallets such as Trustwallet, Mathwallet, Atomic and Safepal.

I think tronlink is also almost the same as metamask. I see many people also recommend using this wallet. I also use tronlink browser wallet. but I think it's more convenient to use in a trust wallet.
Now the choices are starting to be many, it's just that it depends on one's comfort in using them, Tronlink, Metamask, and Trustwallet are almost the same in terms of use and the same, but what distinguishes the three is in their use and features, so it won't be wrong if you want to use all three also as long as it is still very comfortable for you.

I think there are many TRON wallets available and many also get good value for TRON storage, maybe you want TRON to be able to enter metamask to make every transaction easier but it doesn't seem like this can happen considering TRC 20 is the technical standard used for smart contracts on blockchain TRON to implement tokens with the TRON Virtual Machine (TVM).

you can use Tron Link or trust wallet to use projects using TRC20, currently metamask does not support TRON network and also will not support TRC20 platform as it is a completely separate platform and completely different from ERC20 and BEP20 .
