I'm not getting why I'm not a winner sorry. 1-1 is obviously regular time or overtime inc (in this case no matter which one, because it is still 1-1 in both).
It could never be a final result to be played after penalties because it wouldn't ever be a valid result: 1-1.

Regular time was 1-1
Penalties was 4-2

I guess my 1-2 tip should be correct aswell
