Why do I see legit coins with real utility and transparent, excellent devs not doing well but shitty meme coins just flying?

I think crypto is the power of money, a lot of good projects like CREAM, Minexcoin, Eidoo and many more died, judging from their whitepaper it's very good, but because they don't have money they can't compete with new altcoins.
