Someone before asked them Wich odds provider are they using but they said by themselves Wich is difficult.

Dont judge too early just because of pending withdrawal for hours. It is being stated on their FAQ related to pending withdrawal, you should read it first. Bear in mind that not all sites provides instant withdrawal so you need to wait a little longer. I do not try to defend them, just saying it in general.

The trial period does have to start with small funds to be deposited considering that I just want to know how the new casino that has been launched somewhere has its promotion so I think it needs to be tried too if there is already a lot of positive feedback, well there we are free with big funds what is clear is that there are no problems at all with the casino and BetJa is a new sportsbook gambling site so maybe there are still some who play bets here.

Also, they will not ruin their reputation this early. If the team is not attending his case or they are not showing any indication that they are willing to resolve his case even after reaching out to them, then start to doubt. But if it is because of the waiting time of the withdrawal, you can't really receive the payment outright because it depends on the network congestion even if you pay good amount of satoshis.

BTW, I need a clarification from OP about bet settlement. Because of rain, England vs Sri Lanka 3rd ODI match ended with no result. So it can be considered as an abandoned match. From the betting rules of BetJA I can see that

What you actually mean here? I had placed my bet on Sri Lankan team, the match was abandoned but my bets were counted as winning bet. Why it happened and what was the reason for not counting my bet as void bet?

Yes this is a big issue and mostly avoided by big gamblers where they see this issue.
This is not good at all, if they are manually manipulating the odds of a particular game.
Moreover from the recent conversations and posts i can see, the admin here is least bothered to give reply to people’s queries.
So it would be better to avoid these types of sites who never give damn to their users.
And regarding the better odds scenario, it’s just a cheap marketing scheme to grab users to the site.
