I have also faced faucet claim issue while there was no captcha. And they was showing an error message during the time. Perhaps, your bet odds should be minimum 1.40× in order to claim faucet again. Check my old reply to see the screenshot of the error message. Maybe Betja developer have forgot to add the error message while they implemented captcha system.

I noticed that you don't pay out the winnings for confirmed events until the end of the match. For example, if I place a bet on over 2.5 goals, and the confirmed result is 2:1 after 60 minutes of play, the winnings will only be paid out once the match ends.
Another example I faced recently. I placed a bet on both teams to score. After the first half, the result was 1:1, meaning I won the bet. But I had to wait until the match ended for my winnings to be paid out. 

I play on popular fiat bookies and on some of those, the winnings are paid out as soon as the events are confirmed. If I place a bet on both teams to score, I'll get my money as soon as the result is confirmed and the match resumes. There is really no reason to wait for the match to end. I think that is something that could be improved to make your service better and more efficient.

As far as I know, they are not requiring KYC at the moment.

Oh I see, this information is available when you get some players who registered with your affiliate link. That 7 users is your number of referrals, am I right? Anyway, I do not think you will get any commission if your referrals play with free btc only, as what your first main concern about "need 5 deposited users" means that you will get commission from bets that is being made from deposits which is a common thing in this industry although I do not really like the requirement of "5 deposited users". How if I can refer 1 whale who wager a lot of money? Will I get nothing because of rule "at least 5 deposited users"?
