I tried this site after being limited on Betcoin. Software is good and better than most, odds are good, payouts are average altho apparently if you cashout in BTC it is much quicker(I used ETH), support was good and fast.

It looks like you've removed the cashout feature because I don't see that button anymore on each of my bets, and also every time there is a match that cancels, the refunded funds should be executed faster because I experience it's to long.

I wanted to send a pm to user "Betja" but as it is not possible to send a message, I need to post my case in this thread.

The Betja Support does not answer either to my emails nor to tickets I have created on their website (they simple close tickets without responding). I created a withdrawal request via Bitcoin several weeks ago. Some time after my request it was cancelled and my withdrawal request was removed from the website. Furthermore, it looks like they also deactivated the withdrawal button for my account. At least I do not see it anymore. I still have funds in my account and would like to withdraw my money but currently it is not possible because recent request was declined without any notification, the abscence of any withdrawal button and no response from their support...

It looks like Betja has disabled PM from newbies, you can try to contact their representative via telegram, find it at the bottom of their website, just click on the telegram logo, Betja's representative is very responsive, hopefully your issues can be resolved soon.
I checked your post in other bookies threads, it looks like you are also facing problems regarding withdrawals, hopefully this problem is not because you abuse theirs systems.

what about their Live support ? or the chatroom? Betja account does not been active in this forum constantly they even make a post weekly .

But it looks like there are really issue in cashing out , Hope you'll get your funds sooner and they will not alleged you of violating rules like many claims in other sites.

it looks like you are also facing problems regarding withdrawals, hopefully this problem is not because you abuse theirs systems.

when I look his problem on another site because of limited/day. Look like the case is different on betja, maybe they decline his withdrawal because the account was detected compromised. maybe he was log in with a VPN or another gadget which was detected by website as compromised. Just wait for the response and not much worried because his account still had the balance. this means the team hasn't terminated the account.
