According to the Betja FAQ if your account is comprised the players need to create a support ticket and they will investigate the matter thoroughly and process the funds one by one and it will take some time to manually verify them and process the transaction.You can best to do is wait as said your funds are safe in your account but if you violated the rules then it will be a problematic for you to withdraw the funds.

It looks like you've removed the cashout feature because I don't see that button anymore on each of my bets, and also every time there is a match that cancels, the refunded funds should be executed faster because I experience it's to long.

I think sharing what had happened and what does the communication runs is important in this thread because this maybe facing similar issues in the future so gamblers might know which to prevent or something from the team which to upgrade.

Yeah, there was either a bug with my account or they decided to make a change to the interface.
My account was missing the "Free BTC" tab when you click on "Wallet". But as soon as I made a bet, the tab came back and I could take advantage of the faucet feature. It wasn't like that before. The "Free BTC" button was always present and clickable once every hour if the previously requested funds were used for bets, of course.

I'm sure it's not a BUG. most likely it is indeed a system created by the developer for the old accounts that have already joined.
there will be a limit for each user to make a claim and then have to do BET to get the free BTC faucet feature again. this is just my assumption.
maybe other Betja users experience the same problem? it will clarify how your case is.

From what I've seen here, betja is one of the generous givers here in terms of free satoshis. A lot of casinos are just giving 1-2 sats hourly. So it is only fair that you will use those free sats to bet. They have relatively good odds also, which makes them a good choice for some sportsbettors.
