Somehow I have turned the faucet amount into this. Maybe there is 20 faucet claim amount in it. Luckily I won some good multi selection bets and reached there. However, I can't request for a withdrawal until I make a deposit of 0.001 BTC minimum and place a bet at 1.4× odd minimum. This isn't surprising. Crypto gambling sites don't really like gamblers who rely on faucets in order to earn profits without risking anything. You got lucky which is why they shouldn't have placed these restrictions on your account.

For reducing the fraud of making more than one account for each user, just users who made a deposit (minimum of 0.001 BTC) and roll over it at least once (odds 1.40 and more), can withdraw the earning of Free BTC.

I understand why you guys enforce these deposit and wagering requirements, but I feel that the deposit requirement is a bit high and should be lowered. $5 - $10 seems more reasonable in my opinion.

Why that account was restricted? If I'm correct, Mahdi Rakib said he doesn't have enough matches to place the bet even; isn't it a limitation? If so, why did you put that in his account? It really sounds ridiculous. Did you solve the issue already?

Because even if you bet and increase your vip status via using the claimed free satoshis and increased it many times, still you can't withdraw it in the future.
So either you deposit their minimum amount and wage it one time with their required odds or just be contented on what they implement on your account.
Though it doesn't say anywhere that you will be restricted with your bets if you are just using the claimed satoshis.

I wouldn't agree with that. One of the features of Betja is that it has a free BTC faucet that can be claimed every hour. The TOS and FAQ doesn't put limitations on the number of times a player can claim the faucet. Therefore, if someone wanted to, he could do that all the time and he would still not be breaking any of their terms. The only way to break the terms is by having multiple accounts that are abusing the faucet claims and that is not what is going on in this particular case.

As long as the casino doesn't have specific rules about faucet abuses, limitation profit can be withdrawed from faucet, restrict etc etc then it's mean the user deserve to withdraw any amount that he made and shouldn't be restricted.

There's only one requirement to able withdraw from faucet it's deposit minimum of 0.001 BTC and roll over it on >= 1.40 odds, I don't see any rules except that.

Your points are valid. However, this isn't something new or anything to be honest. Majority of the gambling sites(Fiat and Crypto) hate gamblers who solely try to earn from their sites through faucets, bonuses etc and avoid gambling as much as possible.

Makes sense since these are businesses basically. In this particular case though, they shouldn't have restricted @Mahdirakib's account which is an extreme step since he didn't cheat or anything.

They should lift the restrictions and allow him to fulfill the requirements needed to withdraw his winnings properly in my opinion.
